Day 9 of my interstate trip. Today I left Maryborogh and headed into Ballarat where I met up with some locals at a morning coffee event and helped out at a CITO. After that I found some local Geocaches before I left town and headed towards Bendigo making it as far as Mount Franklin Reserve where I set up camp for the night. I managed to find 21 caches today and only 1 DNF.Second Lucky cache for me.TFTC featherdown
On my way towards Ballarat. Not aiming on getting there in a day. Lot's of caches to get. Staying at a free camp close to town.
Found with PapaGrouch on a little caching trip to avenge a couple of DNFs. After finding the two targeted caches we took the opportunity to stop for this one on the way back. We parked on the wrong side of the road for this one, but it was a quick find when we crossed the road. TFTC
A day of souvenir hunting, cache maintenance and generally just tidying up a few areas in and around Creswick.A quick pick up after crossing the road. Thanks featherdown for the placement.
07:13A weekend of shenanigans to farewell the Ballarat GeoTour.Heading back into town for a brekky event, of course there were stops involved.Second in this series, and, fortunately, another quick find. And again, doubly protected Thanks, featherdown.#8268
We were in Ballarat this weekend to join in the fun of all the events being held and are slowly catching up with our logs.We really appreciated these thre nice quick caches with room to park, easy finds at gz and on a road with no traffic at all for us today. Many thanks featherdown for these, we were three times lucky today.
An extended weekend away with +Wife, EveTheStaffy and nirgalagrin. We are up this way to attend the end of the Ballarat Geotour event and a few other events and CITOs. This set was found on the way to the breakfast event with nirgalagrin.
08:32After attending the Breakfast to kick start your day! Event, we were very lucky to put another smiley token on our map 2/3 in the hamlet of Sulky. Thanks to featherdown for hiding caches in interesting locations. 36403
Again, this was a quick easy find in the first place we searched. Thanks for placing the cache for us to find.
In the Ballarat area for the weekend, so a perfect opportunity to hit up the MSP series and other random caches along the way. Another quick find. Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, featherdown ~~

Lucky find #2 - oops doing them in reverse order along the road - or is that really the correct order?! SL at 4.45pm Left: harrows pathtag. #10,741 TFTC featherdown - we are visiting from NE Victoria for the weekend.
Found by Mary and David at 11:55. Light rain has started again. Glad it didn't happen during today's CITO. Now the drops will water the plants and soak the mulch that we spread. Our thanks to featherdown.
Was keeping these for a rainy day...and guess what...it's raining. Actually, a couple of DNF's earlier in the day meant I needed to head out here, so grabbed all three in the series to finish them off. Thanks for the finds....I needed them today.
