I completed the adventure lab and then went hunting g for the bonus cache. I searched for a while without success. I then used the hint to no avail. I messaged the CO, and we headed for Red Rock. The CO quickly provided some more information, so we returned, and it was Muggle Husband who made the find. This cache is very well hidden, I would not have found it without the extra info.

Found by The Empire + HAs we drive toward Warrnambool for the running festival, we decide to take a brief detour through Cororooke. The small rural town, surrounded by sprawling farmland, feels like a quiet escape from the main roads. The peacefulness of the countryside stretches around us as we slow down, enjoying the calm before tomorrows half marathon. Stepping out of the car for a moment, we breathe in the fresh country air, taking it all in before heading onward. Thanks for the cache, and the adventure not_lost_1.-M

On my way home from Portland with ConnieandRick, concentrating on Adlabs but doing a few bonus or nearby trads. Having completed the Adlab, we headed here for a quick find with the aid of the very explicit hint. Thanks to Not_Lost_1 for the cache.

While visiting Colac we continued out to Cororooke to complete the local labcache, really enjoying the sights of this tiny village. The artwork was amazing as was the new playground, we bet the local kids really appreciate the new play equipment. Once we had the final we headed out to GZ where, even with all the hints we struggled to find the cache. We checked each agapanthus close to GZ without any luck but on widening our search perimeter the container was found, lucky as we were about to give up.Thanks for the tour of Cororooke and the well set out adventure.

Moved cache 10cm so rather than it been deep within the agapanthus its visible without bush foraging!!

Great fun exploring Cororooke particularly as Washboard and I have been on RRRTAG Committee and Washboard instrumental in setting up Playspace. Needed a push from CO to find cache. Looked for at least 1/2 hour, very well hidden. Maybe there has been some vigorous growth.

We really enjoyed the Adventur Lab tour learning some of the history of this interesting little town and at the end we were rewarded with a set of co-ords for this cache which took us to another great location but unfortunatly we had no luck locating the cache. We will return again another day.

What a fantastic week of (late) autumn weather it has been in Adelaide! And with even more on the way, I thought Id take the opportunity to go away for a few days of caching, camping and sightseeing on my own. From Adelaide I headed down to the Coonawarra, then across to the Southern Grampians area then east as far as Colac, before making my way back home. I took a winding route, collecting caches of interest along the way. I managed to find a range of caches types, including Traditional, Unknown, Multi, Letterbox Hybrid, Virtual and Earthcaches as well as a few Adventure Labs. All but a couple were found without any trouble. Most were good order unless otherwise noted.Fortunately the weather held out pretty well for most of the time. However, it rained steadily for hours when I was in Colac one night, but I guess you have to expect that in Victoria! After completing the associated Adventure Lab and determining the final coordinates I headed off to GZ, which had me in a garden at a fence post. However, after a good search I was unable to find the cache and had to concede defeat. Thanks anyway not_lost_1 for the fun.
