Pack no fruit if you are going to the riverland. The fines are horrendous.Today was the day to find this cache. Today is Friatag's day the sixth day of the septimus month of the Roman calender in the wonderful year of twenty twenty four. We found your cache container and added some inky stuff to the paper sheet or note pad you have supplied for a log book or scroll. The cache container and log book or scroll were in good condition. It was a lot cooler today. Lots of wind today. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. Found during a caching trip to South Australia chasing specific challenge targets with some easy drive-bys or cute names (such as this one) that caught my eye to boost the numbers. Not just a cute name but also a timely warning to dispose of fruit to avoid fines at the quarantine checking station up the road. Were stopped for a stern warning and thorough check of car but thankfully had enjoyed my apple prior at this brief stop.

Plans have been in place for a little while now about a convoy from the Canberra Mega to head over to SA and finish off what currently stands of the On Your Bike series. Today being day 5 of the trip away, todays convoy consisted of The Drovers, FurfacesLL and myself. So the target convoy caches have been completed and we all went our separate ways. The Drovers were heading in the same direction as us so we teamed up to collect some caches as we made our way back towards Mildura for the night. A nice quick find as we travel along the highway, always a good excuse to stop SmileThanks for the cache placement and maintenance Jackthemonkey ?? and thanks FurfacesLL for another fun trip away ??

Now that the main reason for our journey was over and multiple caching trails were completed it was time to venture home. Our Mob had gone separate ways. Only three teams left now us, Rapidlywild and The Drovers. We made our slow journey back to Mildura where we were stopping for the night, caching all the way. Lovely weather couldn't have asked for better weather for this journey. Log stamped and we were on our way again. Thanks for the hide Jackthemonkey and thanks for a fun adventure Rapidlywild
