Found with Bogonghazy on our way for a weeks break in Numurkah. Thanks for placing the geocache
Did the Ad Lab today. Got required info & solved it at home. Had to drop the kids off in Ky to go to a disco so decided to take a long detour home to grab this. Always forget this area is out here! TFTC!
Glad to complete this lab today, as was around this area in July. lorigus74, thank you for placing AL bonus for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
We completed the AdLab while undertaking the Cache Crawl in July. Today we are caching our way to Echuca so we are picking up where we left off then. A warmer but windier day up here today.TFTC and the AdLab which was hasty but enjoyable back then.
Found this bonus cache whilst out in Tatura today. Always live a bonus cache after an AdLab. So thanks Lorigus74 for adding to my fun.
Here's one to find today.Enjoyed with the labs. fav from me. Thank you for placing the cache lorigus74.
Something special or unusual goes here:Having done the adventure labs we made a quick find of the bonus at GZ. The Generic Bit:The 2024 Geocaching Victoria Event Crawl: Day 4: Echuca crawling back to Seymour and then onto Kaniva. Two days of traveling over from S.A. and three days of Events, numerous Adventure Labs, lots of fun, mishaps, and even a few caches found as we crawled around in search of smilies. My companions for the Crawl were Muff1. So Good to catch up with lots of caching friends. [:X]***Thanks lorigus74 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. *** Logs prepared and published through GSAK.
A weekend away on The Great Victorian Cache Crawl 2024. Last year we completed half. This year we are aiming for the full crawl. Nearly there. Enjoyed picking up this Ad Lab and bonus. When reading about the dam, I noted the mention of the Dethridge wheel. We have a trad and 0 lab waypoint in Bacchus Marsh that references it. Thanks for the bonus. --------------------------------------------------------The nominees for the [**2023 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards** ](https://geocachingvictoria.com.au/2023-victorian-cache-of-the-year-awards/) have been announced. Day 2 of the very enjoyable cache crawl and back to a 2 person team we are now heading south picking up what ever comes by.After having another great catch up at the pub for the cache crawl event we headed off to try our luck at this Ad Lab.We really enjoyed where it took us and what we saw as we made our way up the street bumping into quite a few others doing the same thing.Once the lab was finished we were rewarded with a set of co-ords for this cache and headed off here and not too long after the cache was located , we signed our name in the log book and returned everything as it was,Many thanks lorigus74 for the cache.
Beautiful sunny day today for a quick collecting answer before heading to gz.Great spot.thanks for AdLab and bonus??
13:41Day 2 of this year's Cache Crawl...Travelling once again with ThePacman. One more leg to go.My chauffeur had just finished the Adventure, so it was a very quick tour for me to catch up, so we both had the coordinates for this hide.A nice little pocket of town, lorigus74.As ThePacman missed it on his first sweep, it was yours truly who found this one.Sometime during this Adventure was my thousandth smiley this year.#9145
After the Great Victorian Cache Crawl Tatura Event I went after a few local caches before moving on to Seymour. After completing the Adventure lab and getting the numbers for the coordinates I set off to make tge find.
After a wonderful lunch gathering, I set off to do the AdvLabs in Tatura. I found the sites, and noted the clues to calculate the coords for this bonus cache. The container was found and the log quickly signed before heading off to complete the Crawl in Seymour. Thanks for another enjoyable experience in your town, lorigus74.
The cache crawl was on and this year apart from the Friday night dinner which I couldn't make it to I will be doing the whole crawl. Today on the return trip the weather was much better and it was much more enjoyable not needing the raincoat all the time. After doing the ad lab this was not far away and managed to sign the log after a quick find and a nice tour around town. Thanks lorigus74 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
What lovely history this town has and a nice Bonus to top it offEnjoying a weekend on the Great Victorian cache Crawl. My second one of hopefully many more. Thanks lorigus74 for showcasing this area and contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy. Happy trails!
Thanks for the AdLab and this bonus.Nice walk on a sunny day. Great spot at GZ - quiet and beautiful specimens for the hide.
Brisal5 and ourselves had made the decision to attend 'The Great Victorian Cache Crawl' , with Brisal5 arriving at our home on the Thursday evening. The journey started Friday morning with both of us picking up the odd cache as we travelled towards Riddell Creek for the prequel event and then onto Sunbury for our overnight accommodation. The first event of the official weekend was at Maccca's and the excitement was building, then it was time to find caches and AL's along the road and onto Malmsbury for morning tea. Unfortunately it had started to rain with umbrella's and rain jackets out in force. The next stop was Bendigo where we were warmed up with micaparmedic's fantastic soup, thank you, here we caught up with friends and the usual geocaching chatter was all around us. I am sure you have the gist of how our weekend went, finding caches, chatting, eating all this on a loop until we arrived in Seymour for the final goodbyes. We cannot thank the committe enough for this exceptionally well organised weekend. All the caches and AL's that we found were all in good condition and not requiring any maintenance. SL TFTC

Out and about with omegaman, Happy feet and Happy Pants, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today. Nice tour. I was surprised at the nearby camera in the RV car park. Thanks lorigus74 for the cache.
Found by Mary and David at 15:35. Loved the Ad Lab and this Bonus, so it gets a FP. Our thanks to lorigus74.
Well my well earned 2 week break has come to an end as Im heading home today after staying in Rochester, Hay, White Cliffs, Cunnamulla, Toompine, Charleville then Cunnamulla again, Wanaaring, Hillston then Tatura last night. The trip included some very big detours due to lots of road closures due to the rain but it was still a very enjoyable trip. The sun has disappeared now and there is moisture in the air as well.I havent cached in Tatura before but when I was younger we used to cut through here to get to my sisters dairy farm.Finished of 2 Ad Labs then onto a few others then to start heading home.I finished off the Lab this morning so after my walk around the wetlands I called in here before heading to the next lake and a few more caches. Thanks lorigus74 TFTC,
Thoroughly enjoyed this awesome history of a beautiful little town. Thank you. TFTC
Found by The Empire + HAfter a cozy winter holiday in Echuca, we set off for Melbourne, with a detour planned to savour the famous vanilla slice at North End Bakery in Shepparton. The journey began with a gentle mist rising from the Murray River, casting a serene veil over the historic paddle steamers docked along the banks.Leaving Echuca, the road stretched out before us, bordered by fields that still glistened with morning dew. The countryside, though muted by winter's touch, exuded a quiet charm. As we drove, the landscape gradually shifted from the riverside beauty of Echuca to the pastoral scenes typical of Victoria's interior. Our route took us through Tatura, a small town rich in history and agricultural heritage. The streets were lined with charming old buildings and gardens that, despite the season, displayed a hint of the vibrant blooms to come in spring. Thanks for the cache, and the adventure lorigus74.-M
A wonderful evening walk around with dalerious, on a day spent with my daughter who came down from Wodonga to see us.No more secrets for this little town.Thank you Lorigus74 for helping to showcase our hidden treasures.
Ok so we couldnt help ourselves. We tried putting this fine adlab and bonus cache off for as long as we could, but cat' and I could bare it no more. Our closest to home unfound ad lab is now 69km away. Worth it. TFTAdLab and bonus cache lorigus74. You did a great job of showcasing our town and even GZ gives up one of Tatura's best kept secrets.
This is our RDO weekend, consisting of Thursday, Friday & Saturday where we always choose a different location for a caching adventure, this time, sunny Shepparton is our destination. With all Mysteries solved, our aim was to pick them all up in and around town while completing the latest multis that have popped up since our last visit. The weather was brilliant with sunny blue skies making for a fantastic getaway experience.DAY 2 turned out to be a full day of caching completing the unfound multis and solved puzzles in town before heading out to the various nearby districts for solved puzzles and 2 labcaches. After enjoying the historic sights through town with the adlab we made our way to GZ. Once there we understood what you meant about the location coming in handy one day, making us smile and wondering if we would need it ourselves. Somebody pulled up close by but luckily they were well away from view so a quick find was made and we signed the logbook. Thanks lorigus74 for the Bonus placement adding to our caching enjoyment for the day.
After completing Lab Cache after the Event I came back today to find a couple caches this was the first one todayA quick find signed and replaced where foundThanks for placing cache for our enjoyment Lorigus74
#5557 After soaking in Tat's history following the associated AdLab it was off to gz where we walked around in circles checking a number of hidey hole options. It was only after checking a certain spot a second, or was it a third? time we finally got our paws on the cache. Fortunately largely muggle free on a Saturday arvo. Thanks for the fun lorigus74.
Out and about on a mostly cloudy Saturday. Our destination is Rochester, but we stopped in Tatura to do the new AdLab and Bonus and for the essential morning tea break. Walked all the points of the AdLab except one and were soon making our way to this Bonus cache. SL at 11.25am Left: harrows pathtag #10,965 Thanks for the interesting wander around Tatura lorigus74 - we will be back to pick up the other new caches another day.
A beautiful day to be out walking. Enjoyed the walk around town completing the ALTook TBS a bit to retrieve the log but he finally got it. Thanks Lorigus74
A great morning spent in Tat on a beautiful sunny day. We completed the adv lab then tackled the new Tatura caches. We walked Cussen Park then took some paths I never knew existed and finished with this bonus cache for the adv lab. After searching a few holes that contained other things like a VB stubby and a couple of cans the prize was eventually located. Nice hide, great adv lab, nice series of caches in Tat and nice bonus Lorigus74, TFTC
This is the last for the BIG day out in TAT. The tour of TAT using the caching model and Ad Lab has been full of surprises and this is a rather fabulous tribute to the community!. Im on a multi mission and the circuitous detour from Melbs to home base in the NE via Shep and Tatura has plenty of rewards including the EVENT thats attracted a huge crowd. TFTC and the FUN!

{FTF}!:)Thought this might last a bit longer while everyone headed for the trads thanks lorigus!
Did I have enough time to grab this one before catching the bus down to Murch East? Of course I did, even if it meant I arrived with only minutes to spare. Arrived at my calculated GZ at the same time as n0w0rries, +wife and chooknchunk. Cache found quickly, log signed and cache replaced as found. Thanks lorigus74 for placing this Mystery Cache/AdLab bonus to enhance the game board and add to our enjoyment.
We saw this cache was published while attending the event in Tatura today. After wandering around to collect the answers for the AdLab, it was nice to be able to sign this bonus cache.
After camping last night at Ayson's Reserve, Chook headed off to Tatura for the Central Vic Annual Event. After enjoying a good part of the afternoon at that fabulous event, there was just enough time to explore a little bit of this lovely town via a couple of caches and these newly released Adventure Labs, before heading back home. Really enjoyed the lab locations and the history learnt. Caught up with micaparamedic, n0w0rries +Wife at the GZ here and noted the extra touch with the camo. Thank you lorigus74 for the labs and this bonus cache, and for showing us a bit of your town. We will be back! Fave point for all the fun Chook had here too.
