Having read some previous logs, we thought we would bring the ladder out of the car and began to search quite high.In the end, it wasnt nearly as high as we were expecting and the ladder was absolutely long enough to do the job. Typical, another situation where you lack the length you need to get the job done. So many times this has happened and I make do with what you're born with. It'd be great to reverse the evolutionary process by a flick of a switch and grow a tail. Not to be so the TOTT was hung like a rope ladder and up I went. Was concerned with the connection point, a swaying tree, the thickness of the branch, my ability to climb while my eyes were closed, wondering how many lives I still have in credit, etc.It was pleasing to get up there, sign the log and get back down without voiding. Thanks captainmonkey96 for taking a few seconds off my life span. Last cache of the day so will be back at another time to collect the rest around Woodford.

Used the TOTT precariously perched so ARF could get up onto the branch. A tad scary with the wind whistling about but all good! Tftc

After an early morning event at Elimbah I headed to Woodford with Selva Girls and Curious Quest. After fuelling up at the bakery we headed out and found an assortment of different types of caches and this was one of them. All caches were found easily enough and once the log was signed all were returned as found. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for me and others to enjoy. TFTC captainmonkey96

Its magic round in Brisbane but the games dont start until the afternoon so we have to fill in time until then. We headed up to Woodford with Peppa and Beardman75 to tackle the new caches on offer.Our first parking spot was not ideal and JDavs was happy when we found a flatter option. Out today with Dickbev. Headed into this one and worked out what TOTT was required. The cache was soon in hand. Signed the log and returned to where found. Thanks captainmonkey96. All good with this cache and puzzle.

Teamed up with Chamad and Davidwazza for a busy day chasing new caches post breakfast event in Woodford. Thanks to the Placement Team we had a long list of brand new caches plus solved coordinates to speed things up. I never would have located all these without Davids tree climbing and Chamads 4WD skills my contribution being largely the addition of an extra pair of eyes and the provision of fortifying donuts! A really fun day out.Oh boy, another tiny cache well hidden!

Muggle65, Brislions and l piled into the car to see how we would go with the new Woodford caches. Turned out to be a great day with no DNFs. Thank you for the fun ??

I headed to Woodford with GreenGecko1 and Muggle65. With all the caches out there was one cache I needed for one D/T spot. We had lots of fun today with no DNFs. some were very hard to find.captainmonkey96 thank you for placing and maintaining this cache for enjoyment of the caching community.

Headed towards Woodford today to attempt collecting a couple of recently released caches. By all reports we weren't expected to do well. But we managed to find this one.

Our vehicle convoy of five, consisting of [chamad](https://coord.info/PRPP06G), [TBU1Bikesu](https://coord.info/PRDWW2K), [TBU2Uwe001](https://coord.info/PREMTHN), [tuppens](https://coord.info/PRGYCFZ), and myself, arrived at this next *May Day* series geocache. This was a tricky, tricky, tricky climb, and perhaps in hindsight, I should have used a TOTT given the wet conditions. Nevertheless, I'm happy to take some risk when the fear of heights doesn't get the better of me! The cache container and logbook were in good shape. After running Parkrun Glass House Mountains Conservation parkrun, I arrived in time for the [May Day in Moreton Bay - Breakfast](https://coord.info/GCAP7F3) event, and then joined [chamad](https://coord.info/PRPP06G) and [tuppens](https://coord.info/PRGYCFZ) exploring the area. Once we had finished with the newly placed/published geocaches, I utilised my remaining time in Woodford to head north and visited Stanmore, the fringes of Bellthorpe National Park, and then travelled part-way east towards Peachester, before turning around in time for the Woodford [May Day Event Dinner](https://coord.info/GCAP2PE) event.

Today I was lucky to get out to Woodford and join in with the small number of cachers who also attended the New Woodford Event. For me the event day started with a nice drive out with Tuppens. We got there a little early and decided to grab a couple of local caches before everyone else arrived. As the people started to arrive we sat around and had some nice chats before we were treated to some nice bacon, sausages and eggs, along with a glass of juice to wash it all down with, awesome. The drizzling rain was a little annoying but it was not going to stop us today. Then the phones started to ding and vibrate, the new caches were published. I teamed up with tuppens and davidwazza and we sat and worked through our list, a couple of FTF's each and a bunch of solved puzzles and then we were off. All in all we had a good bunch of laughs and some fun caches. While there were times spent at some caches trying to find it because of a cloudy and the glare background, it did not stop us today. Thanks for the event and the caches we signed the logs and replaced caches as we found them. This one was a nice easy climb for us today even in the wet.This took us a little while to spot but no donkeys here making an ass of themselves..

I spotted it. CDAH55 signed it. I climbed it and CDAH55 replaced it. Quick find of this tiny bison.

This cache was an accidental find as the coordinates for this evenings event took us to this cache so we might as well find and log it.TFTC
