Good day for ducks (and dodging their droppings) as I made my way across the oval to GZ in the rain. Wet weather also helped lack of muggles at the doggie park, making for a quick find.
Nothing wrong with it don't know what people complaining about check When mowing near buy helping anther team for the day
One advantage of being retired is that we can visit places when there are less or no muggles around. Nice and quiet here this afternoon. Unfortunately we found the cache had been muggled. The lid was still attached to the fence and the logsheet was on the ground nearby. We wandered around looking for the possibly discarded base of the bison tube, but couldn't find it. Did our best to replace logsheet and improvise a temporary base with a plastic lid. TFTC geojim2516

A quick find, although the muggle dog made it take longer than it needed to. TFTC.
A quick find after taking the inside way. Though I had to go outside to retrieve the log, when it blew out of my hand. All quiet here today. TFTC
(7 of 7 today - including 3 Adventure Labs)After a few caches today, so decided to head south to Buxton to try and pick up a cache with no finds since 2019.After that I meandered back north through Thirlmere and Wilton picking up ALs and three more caches.A successful day in the end, finding everything I went for.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###This one had sprung up since I was last here.Walked straight past it and started looking elsewhere - the app wasn't being helpful. It finally settled, I relocated and spotted the obvious.Added my name to the scroll of the victorious and replaced. And not a muggle in sight!Time to head home.SLTNLNTFTC
After avoiding guy on ride on mower , I made my way into the guard area only to be challenged by a large dog off the leash . Although the owner indicated he was a pup , I was glad they moved away from the area . So at GZ checking my laces I managed to locate a nicely blended in cache . TFTC geojim2516
