In Launceston again for a 2-Dayer of full-on Caching (after bringing a mate up here to grab his car).I have been out of this game for too long due to seven weeks of illness thanks to a chest infection that just wouldn't let go, (I'm so glad it wasn't the "100-Day Cough" i was told about)... anyway enough about the 'Hiatus from Health', so being back at it was such a breath of fresh air and being away from down south and back in Lovely-Launnie was just what The Doctor ordered A wee break from the Highway 1 Series, saw me come up this road to find this hide.Parked close and made my way over to GZ. It was found reasonably quickly but i will say, "That was awesome Camo, on the cache!"Signed the log in the car barely 15m away from GZ. It being windy as, today saw me do all my logging in the GeoMobile. The day wasn't cold, just windy Log signed at 11:27 on Saturday 2 November 2024 and replaced, no danger of Muggles here unless you count the sheep ha ha.TFTC 63ROOS
After a quick family visit north, Mrs W stopped on the way home to locate newly placed caches and this was one of them. A quick find at GZ of a nicely cammoed container. TFTC
Tripping south of the border to Hobart for a couple of days, so we created a mini list of caches to break up the drive. convenient one here to start us off. All good with this well constructed and hidden cache. thanks 63ROOS, its been a while since we've found one of yours.
A nice and easy find by Mrs H this afternoon whilst enjoying a day out caching. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan

Today we are in Ross. After a sleepless night on Sunday due to the heavy rain and waking up at 5am to watch England fail again in the footy it was good to get a great nights sleep. Still had a leisurely start to the day which was nice. We explore town on foot and then had a scallop pie from the bakery, we rated it 3/10 the pies in Ulverstone are so much better. We enjoyed wandering around town collecting the AL and finding a few caches. We have been here before when we only had time for one find so it was nice today to really get to know the place.Walked to this one from our camp site and made a nice quick find TFTC

Thanks for the cache 63ROOS.Heading home from the east coast and decided to stop in Ross to find some fairly newish caches. This was the first stop, and it was a nice quick find at GZ.
Well, I was happy to go to Ross today and find 3 caches. 2 out of the 3 got favourite points do to be great caches.A nice drive to this cache, followed by a pie and vanilla square at the bakery - Perfect!TFTC
We detoured into Ross on our way south today to look for some recently published caches. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find of a well positioned and placed cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks 63ROOS for another enjoyable cache.
As normal myself and goose had no real plans for this Saturday but with these coming out we thought we may be lucky and even get FTF, after parkrun I picked up Goose and after getting coffee we headed North.Managed to get a joint {*FTF*} with goose, we were both pleased to see a blank logbook confirming no one had beat us to it today. We drove straight to this one down a road i didn't know about and other than the cache being a different container that I wasn't expecting this was straight forward.Found on 01/06/2024 at 11:51:00 thanks to 63ROOS for placing this cache for me to find. After a first to find on the the bottom side of town we headed north to find this one, seeing a bit more of the outskirts of town I'd not seen before. We parked right next to GZ and even after reading the hint I nearly dismissed the cache. I looked again and yes that actually was it! A second {*FTF*} for the day with stainless steel rat, at 11.51am.We can't do any better than that, so after an early lunch we headed for home! Thanks for the fun today 63ROOS
