Logs
17:53On a bike ride after work. It was all going brilliantly until I was faced with the massive head wind going back home Eastbound...A very cute cache, however, as already pointed out by others, it's been soaked, and the bags are failing. Logbook inside was still dry, but due to the nature of the outer cache container, it does make things a bit gross when it's soaked like this. Kia ora! Paldies! Thanks for the cache, MacPacFamily!#11547
A nice quick find. The container was pretty manky, brown water in the plastic bag. It may need some cache loving. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are cruising around town, checking out some of the newer hides to us. A nice day though a little chilly.Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.

It's rotten, it's stinky, and it's soaking! Despite the swamp, we signed it. Hey Kendall Guides, please sort it out.Kia ora MacPacFamily koutou ko KGs
Found quickly enough. Then had to return home to wash my hands as the water is the hiding hole is very smelly.
Full of water and did not open to complete the log book but nice hiding place
A reasonable new cache in the area, better get that one! Why not after school, cycled down and spotted it from a mile away, it was very exposed. All the containers were also filled with murky water.Make sure you hide it well!Logbook signed at 14:57 Tuesday, 23rd July. Cache number 361, TFTC!
Due to logs about water issues with this cache have dried it out and put in a drybag. Hopefully this will solve the issue. Please seal all the bags up.
I need a nice easy cache for a dot day today and this cache isn't too far from where I work so I called past on my way home this afternoon. It's unfortunate that the dye or something from the outer container has run and mixed with all the rainwater resulting in everything being covered in brown yucky goop because I can see what a cool cache this is and the thought and effort that went into it's creation. Luckily I had read previous logs and had wet wipes etc handy. TFTC- hopefully with a bit of maintenance and maybe a few changes it will be good as new
Thanks for hiding this cache MacPacParents & KendalGuides I appreciate it. We found this one while on an E bike ride. As you know the logbook is dry but all else is rather wet. The dye from the boot is running. We thoroughly enjoyed the very rare blue sky bike ride we had today. I am looking forward to the new cycle path being completed.
A nice easy find on a nice morning out. The cache is very wet but I could still sign the log ok. TFTH
A quick find after dropping my son off at a nearby Dojo. The container was cute but full of yucky brownish-yellowish stuff - . Thank goodness, I had some wet wipes and hand sanitizer in my car. TFTC
For a start quite alarmed. Where in this spot would you hide anything!!!! Aha==look at the hint. Seems a really good one to us. And sure enough there it was. Damp yes but such a great container. Thank you Scouts and Guides, a little beauty.
Thanks Guides and Scouts for the cache. We enjoyed the container. What interesting badges you can get these days. TFTC
A very cool cache container and placement. Wasn't able to attend the associated event due to 3 yr old grandson staying overnight but he was happy for us to stop today and make the find. Where do you find your containers, MacPac family! You have a great imagination! Thank you to Kendall Guides as well.#10406
Great night and thanks to all who attended the event. Just a bit of a drizzy, but lots of fun was had by the youth! TFTC.
Sorry for not making the Event. Popped out briefly this evening for a quick find and sign of a clever cache. Even managed to get stopped on the way home at a police booze checkpoint....added to the fun. Thanks.
Found in the drizzle with lots of others while attending the Introduction to Geocaching event. The log book would have had a bit of a thrashing tonight.Apologies for having a cache too close by to be able to place a cache closer to the event location! Still, it was pretty close by. TFTC.
#23862. Published while we were at the nearby event. I followed the crowd to GZ, and waited my turn to sign the log book. Good idea to have a new cache published during the event. TFTC.
Great little surprise of the evening! Nice walk over and a quick find of a cute container. TFTC!!
(FTF) Joint find with the scouts and guides doing their geocaching badges. Was given the heads up about a possible notification coming through while we were at the event. Lo and behold there it is. Off we go with a few people each so they could see how to find a geocache. Well done organising that Knotobsessed.
This is the first time I've been to an event, and be part of such a large group FTF! The nearby event was a great evening, but the bonus FTF was a cherry on top. Thanks for hiding it, MacPacFamily! the container was nicely themed for the guides and scouts. Great to share the experience with new geocachers that will hopefully convert from muggles. Thanks for the placement! +FP for the neat container and the opportunity to share in the FTF.EDIT: Also shoutout to TheCur8r for the timed publication
Thank you for this cache, MacPacFamily - joint (FTF) with the whole gang - a lot of excited Guides and Scouts - while attending a nearby Event. Great cache.
