Logs
Not Found at 16:40I had a long search between a few muggle walkers but no luck for me today. Next time.
Was in need of an other size container today for a challenge I am working towards. This one was perfect- not far from home and very cute! With the help of previous loggers suggestions, this was a quick find. TFTC QueenK8
After an appointment in Ringwood I set out to find a couple of recent caches. A short ride to GZ, then a little search. Previous logs hinted at needing to be further off the path than my GPS indicated, and sure enough, after advancing to higher ground, the neat hide was spotted. All in good dry condition. TFTC
I have been trying to find more **"Other"** size caches, in order to work on qualifying for one of [DARKSIDEDAN's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=2a2a54fb-66e6-4b02-ad79-fae27aa04984&wid=d76ce52b-99f9-47c6-b3ec-151b8ca2715d&ds=2) challenge caches, [CHALLENGE - The Odd-sized Cacher - Gold (GC93XJD)](https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC93XJD) and so after work today I opened up [Cachly](https://www.cachly.com/) to see what nearby unfound **"Other"** size caches were around, when I spotted this one.Well I have been having a lot of fun lately finding caches in the [CO's](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=a6a3c227-58a8-464e-a744-87f080f678a3&wid=a995f170-5139-4557-a585-c6531b0c5d56&ds=2) **Ringwood Ramble** series, so when I spotted this one I decided I had to make it the target for the day. So after work I hopped in the geomobile and made my way to the [recommended parking coordinates](https://www.geocaching.com/seek/wpt.aspx?WID=945e1dcd-a10c-4b0f-8d93-1f84be13c82f&RefID=a995f170-5139-4557-a585-c6531b0c5d56&RefDS=1). When I arrived there were a few unsavoury muggles hanging around the posted coordinates. With the cache being only a D1.5, I thought maybe I could still spot it on a walk by. However, just being in the presence of the unsavoury muggles was enough to draw their attention, and with not feeling comfortable with being too close, I decided to retreat back to my geomobile to wait them out.Well the muggles proceeding to yell, drink, and even spray paint a portion of the parking space, but luckily after about ten minutes they decided it was time to move on. However, while I was waiting for them, it did give me a bit of time to read through some of the previous logs.Well it was [spiffy-'s](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=f684a53b-20de-42b6-b93a-078093aaa6ec) [Found it Log](https://www.geocaching.com/live/log/GL1DB79MR) that mentioned he checked a bit of a higher elevation, and so once the muggles had left, I decided to do the same. Well this turned out to be exactly what I needed to do as this gave me the proper vantage point to make the find.A big thanks goes to [QueenK8](https://www.geocaching.com/p/?guid=a6a3c227-58a8-464e-a744-87f080f678a3&wid=a995f170-5139-4557-a585-c6531b0c5d56&ds=2) for another fun cache! TFTC.**Cache Maintenance Status:**The cache guardian was in good shape and very cute. Both the attachment mechanism for the cache guardian and the actually cache still seemed strong. The logbook was clean and dry with plenty of room for future cache finders to sign.
Today, I hit the Geo Road with Rebel Acts on a mission to clear his map of the new caches that have been placed recently. This was one of those caches we found today even though Google maps did its best to stuff us around. Very cute cache.
Out and about with Tiz13 for another caching adventure, my other caching partner had already done most of the caches on our list as he chased the FTF'sThis is one of the caches found today. Google maps lost the plot here but once at the right location it was a quick find. Thanks QueenK8 for the cache.

Omegaman1971Support Your Local VillainLive - Laugh - LurkFirst To Find: 200Sidetracked Cache Finds: 141Arrived just after dark, and it was definitely a hunt. I had to rely completely on my flashlight to navigate through some tricky terrain and shadows. After a few tense minutes of scanning and feeling around, there it was, tucked cleverly out of sight. And my 200th (FTF) cheers QueenK8
I finished work today and had no commitments so decided to head to Ringwood to look for some caches. Of course just as I reversed out of the driveway the rain started but nothing the umbrella didn't fix for the first 5 caches anyway. After that the wind died down and the rain pretty much stopped which was much more pleasant. My last one for the day and after a couple of minutes looking I didn't find anything so moved to the original coordinates and found a small white tube thing with no log book tied to the tree. I thought that was quite exposed and strange to hold a log book anyway so moved back to the new coordinates again and decided on checking another slightly further away place and slightly higher terrain and there it was glowing away just before sunset. Thanks QueenK8 for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.
