It was a bit windy today, but the ride was worthy. Cool container, well-camuflaged. Thanks for the cache!
We gathered the required numbers while attending the Handover to Block Party 2025 event and today the cache, some distance away, was a quick easy find. A favourite for the nicely camouflaged cache. TFTC
Solved this last week after the last mega event. Was working nearby and its a multi dot day. Easy to spot this one. Thanks for the cache, TeamOtago#6244
I was a bit unsure because of lots of barking dogs in properties. I love dogs but all good. TFTC
Found on a trip down south to the Dunedin Mega with trayc.gsigned as MrMuggle or MM to save room..Thanks to the COs for all your caches. We had a blast. TFTC
We are four ladies from Sweden who are visiting Australia and New Zeeland We are logged as TULP This was one of the caches we found Thanks from Sweden
#837 11:37AMWe pulled up to the location and after the gps sending me in circles I put the phone away and used my eyes as soon as I looked up I spotted it. Thanks for placing this cache TeamOtago
Down in Dunedin for the Mega this weekend with McJandals and NZFLOSSY. Signed the log sheet MDF Thanks for the cache.
?????? Down in Dunedin for the Mega event. Travelling with Davidsonclan and McJandals. Really fun to be out and about with the team and catching up with other cachers friends from everywhere. Thanks to all the organisers and all the COs for some great caches. It is certainly a lovely area of New Zealand ??????TFTC ??????
Down here for the Dunedin Geo Toroa Event from the sunny Bay of Plenty,Tauranga and are with some of Team BoP. Great to get together with our fellow cachers. Signed Logs MDF. (McJandals,Davidson clan & NZ Flossy)I am logging using the Cachly App and using their template option which helps with my memory for logging. I genuinely thank every CO for their time and effort put into these caches. Much appreciated. ??????
We are four ladies from Sweden on visit in New Zealand. We log as TULP (tigertassen, ursus67, lnganfans and pidjas). Today is our last day as we are going home tomorrow. We have to drive from Dunedin to Christchurch but first event and some caches.A big thank you to CO for the cache.
Some lazy Monday caching as I decide when I'll point the car towards Christchurch, which is home. Sweeping up some solved puzzles and a couple of others that I'm driving past.
With Gap (of Fap and Gap) Were here for Geo Toroa (Dunedin Mega). Between flight cancellations and re-routing, things could only get better, right? But wait, theres more! Somewhere on our caching escapades, I dropped my wallet Its still at large, so if anyone finds itOne of us usually drives, the other is the retriever. That works for us. Weve either logged caches with our separate handles, or weve used FANGS to sign the logbook. Using the latter handle is more for mental health and well being. Its tiring having to write 15 + characters on each logbookWeve experienced some of the most atrocious caching weather conditions this Mega weekend. So it was a bit of a bitter pill to swallow when the day dawned clear and bright Up early to pack our wet, muddy clothes and give the room and hire vehicle a quick spruce, and then we were out the door! Let the mad dash to the airport beginSolved this multi while moving between caches and groaned over the projected final A slight deviation from the escape plan, but were not leaving this as unfinished business. Thanks Team Otago. TFTC.
The last one in Dunedin areal nice one. Four Swedish ladies driving around in Dunedin looking for caches and events. We log as TULP. Thank you for many good caches.
Hlsningar frn Sverige, sdra Lappland Then it was time for a little adventure. The trip goes to Sydney in Australia and then on to Christchurch and Dunedin in New Zealand .On the trip are, Tigertassen, myself, ursus67, Lnganfans and Pidjas go, which means that we log under the common name "Tulp". The idea is that before we go home we should have visited a Megaevent, Geo Toroa. Greetings from Sweden, southern Lapland
Solved while at the event and made our way there after it. LW also grabbed a puzzle on our way past. Thanks for the multi, TeamOtago.#10816
This is day five of my Dunedin Mega trip (and my last day), the first time I've ever been here before (never mind geocaching). Obviously with such a plethora of caches to find there's going to be plenty I'll skip but I hope to find my targets.Unfortunately logging is going to be generic, but thank you to all the cache owners and event organisers for the things you do.Today is for milling around, picking up some remaining target caches and generally sight seeing now that the rain has finally left. A weird random location for a final. I assume it's got something to do with Mr Bathgate. All good here, and thank you to TeamOtago for the placement of your Multi-cache.Find #7363 at 28 October 2024 10:48am
A quick find once we had the correct coordinates. Met up with one half of the Ridders here
