Logs
Took the steep way down. Thought twice about going back up the same way. I found your D1.5/T2.0 Small Traditional called Valley Views on 23 Nov 2024. It was find #19292 for me. Thank you ZecWicks for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.
Nice valley views from this location. Sturt River is all the way down there. I will save those caches for another day. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Blockheads Unite in 2025.
Found on a lunch time trail run as I am lucky to live off the gorge. Thanks for the hide.
Its been a few years since Ive taken the mountainbike down this trail, so today it was a good excuse to go for a spin to get a few newly published caches on the way home from work.Accurate coords let me to the find here - signed the log and rehid the cache.Great views here!
*FTF* at 13:33Last night I was at a relative's house celebrating a birthday south of this location and I forgot my sunglasses so today on the way to collect them I stopped to search for this cache. Not exactly a driveby! Was an enjoyable walk though on a beautiful day and the cache was found quickly, signed and returned. We are so lucky in Adelaide to have such beautiful walking tracks so close to the city. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.TFTC ZecWicks
