Of course Mary & David were there. We know the Bluebell well. Several official and unofficial Events have been held here over the years, but usually at the Sportsman's Bar.The last time we were in the Bistro was for micaparamedic's 60th, but we've been here for Wozzles's 50th.M loved her grilled fish, and D enjoyed his usual schnitzel. We were disappointed with the Eton Mess, though - too much non-traditional fuit and not enough cream! Our thanks to Sol de lune.
Another good turn up and another hotel crossed off the list. Food was good company excellent and more geocaching conversation enjoyed. On now to December event for a bit of Christmas cheer. Thanks to all who attended...see you at the next one.
Made the trip to Ballarat just for this monthly lunch, as they have become quite a 'thing'. We come to the Blue Bell regularly when we are in Ballarat for other reasons, so for once this was a well known venue to us. Thank you yet again for hosting Sol de lune. Looking forward to Christmas lunch!!
Lots of people in attendance today. Steamy weather outside. Cold beer and food inside. Thanks for hosting this event Sol de Lune
