Out and about today on the weekend enjoying the weather and the cache hunting. Arrived 1 minute late and started the clean up. So much rubbish it was unbelievable. We could have spent all day and not finished but at least we got a lot done still. Thanks ConnieandRick for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

Todays weather was beautiful, but when we arrived, I couldnt believe there was rubbish everywhere! Unfortunately, we didnt have time to clean it all, but we enjoyed the effort. Thanks, ConnieandRick for organising the CITO!

I could only pass through briefly, but I did manage to pick up some rubbish - and goodness there was a lot of it.

We got our times mixed and arrived as the event was finishing. Interesting location. You will need a threepeat.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many events to visit. So many events to log. We find them, sign them and replace them.This particular geocache event was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. It was a perfect day for a CITO. I arrived a few minutes early, and there were already a couple of cachers here.After returning to the car to get a couple of extra trash grabbers, it was time to hook in.We cleaned up along the grassy areas and then helped out along the fence of the community garden.Lots of bags were filled, and I'm sure we all felt satisfied with the results of our labour.Thank you for creating this CITO ConnieandRick.Enjoy your travels.We look forward to seeing some photos and hearing all about your adventures when you return.

This area definitely needed a cleanup. There was rubbish everywhere. Nothing a posse of geocachers couldn't handle. We filled quite a few rubbish bags and the area looked so much better after an hour's work. I got a tip for a puzzle I am working on, which was a bonus. There is a lovely community garden here, and I can't understand why they want to knock these housing towers down. They look fine to me. Thanks for organising this ConnieandRick.

A great enthusiast group made this a much nicer space, thanks to all who attended. Also picked up 3 TBs for my trip to Europe this week.

After a seven year hiatus many things have changed in geocaching, including the inclusion of souvenirs. Team Crackers (aka the parentals) informed me there was one for attending the second season of CITO and this was in my local area. After a breakfast lunch, headed to Debney Park and was greeted by an enthusiastic crew. We managed to make quite the improvement to the area near the community gardens. Thanks for organising!!
