Logs
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us, and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
I'll take this one off until I can replace it. However, I won't be travelling to the last location to put it back! It'll pop up somewhere else.
I've had my eye on this one for quite a while and finally I found my way to it.
Unfortunately, however, the cache is gone.
Given the information by rogainer on where to look its quite obvious where the cache should be, but it just isn't there. I searched *very* thoroughly, cleaned out all spider webs, felt in every nook and cranny (after the spiders were gone), & even got the torch out (in the middle of the day), but it just isn't there. I s'pose thats what happens when it gets left in the one spot for 14 months though.
So, Mr Manta, have you got another one for us to play with?

[This little cache came camping with us for the weekend near these coords.] Look underneath
[Picked this one up in the dark on Friday night - dodging redbacks to do so - great sign mr freak. I come here all the time for my garden needs, but didn't realise this little cache was hiding here until last week.
Whoever goes to get him next will find a bonus new cache nearby - "Sylvesters lookout". - enjoy]

Found this one on the way home from the Crows Nest Weekend. Found the little blighter cowering in the grass. He held on with all his might but I forcible extracted the claws from the timber and carried him off jubilantly. He wimpered a little as I wrote in the log and became quiet again once I placed in gently in my shoe for the trip home.
All successful.
Animal has found a new home and marked a new territory.
Mr Instincts is hiding where this animal likes to hide.

Couldn't resist picking this one up on the way through. Brilliant idea for a little cache. We like the animal theme. Forces the grey matter to think a little re the next location.

Animal Instincts has escaped back into the wild. New coordinates : S27 16.189, E 152 03.451. Enjoy AandM
Found today on the way home from Warwick. Loved the Metal Cow Letterbox. The cache was actually inside the letter box, and we think that the owners of the letterbox must have found it cause there are the names Ros and Les in the log book (but no log here on the site). We think they must have found it and left it in the box for the next geocacher to find. Their log was about a month ago. We will log again when we have repositioned Animal Insincts which is now a rare breed as travelling caches are no longer being approved. Andrew and Maryan.

Found it easy. A nice drive in the country afterward with a picnic. Great way to waste the first Sunday of Autumn.
The cache has been rehidden at the coordinates given above. If your tricky you should be able to find some photos of the animal in question elseware on the geocaching site. The cache is located in the animals front, right foot so don't touch any other part please.
Sorry to manta for keeping this cache out of circulation for longer than specified.

[:o)] Co-ordinates amended for new location. A fresh spoor for those on the trail....
The Cache has now been relocated... a bit of a distance from its first location. The new coordinates are : S27 22.896 E152 56.243.
Found today around mid-day. A popular spot !! I (Andrew) messed up a bit in that I didnt take a copy of the missed it note so Maryan and I made one ourselves from memory and placed it where the cache had been (very clever hiding spot). We took the cache to what we thought would be an excellent new location but unfortunately could not get permission to leave it there, so we still have it and will place it somewhere before tomorrow night. A great idea and place to visit. Will post another log tomorrow.
