Wouldnt you know it.
Got a printout from my Gsak today (updated on thursday)before going for a run so didnt know it was archived.
We also picked the worst day of the year to have a look.
Elvis's birthday in America.
We saw the bunch of flowers tied to the stand and the message about his 70th birthday yesterday.
There was a couple glued to the seat on the grass area so we left.
Lucky that, otherwise we would have search in vain.

It appears that Elvis may have left the building for his birthday.
I will put the cache on hold while I put another container together.
Nice roses.

I've heard of hiding things in plain sight, but I don't think this cache was supposed to be in the middle of the lawn near GZ. Relocated it in what we thought looked like a suitable spot.
After missing at "And as we wind on down the road", I came here in hopes of an easy one to boost my confidence, and came up empty handed once again. (It wasn't a happy afternoon--after this one I attempted "Smoke", but couldn't find any coordinates at the starting location. That made it three in a row! I went back to my hotel room in disgust!) Once again, I couldn't make sense out of the hint. I shouldn't have used that blonde rinse this morning. I looked in what I thought were the obvious places, but could find neither hide nor hair of it. The logs indicate that it is a relatively easy one to find, but it turned out to be too tricky for me.
Caught by Skippy (of S&Lambchops)"Put that back!" I heard as he was rapidly approaching.

Great caching weather today.

As I walked down the path towards the cache I saw someone at the cache site, Clarke must have had a shock when he was spotted.
It's aways nice to meet new and old cachers at GZ.
TNLN
Thanks Freddo for putting this cache back, this was my second time here, and it was worth the walk.

Looked unsuccessfully for this one before, probably around about the time it went missing. Very pleased to have another chance to find it!
An easy find during lunch while on an all day workshop in the city - surprisingly few people around the cache area at this time of day, so extraction and replacement was easy.
TNLNSL. No men in white jumpsuits around, unfortunately.

Hooray for Freddo! Mini-zyth 2 found it very quickly which made up for the no-go last time. TNLN
Elvis has returned to the building. This time in a film cannister.
PS It is still a bugger to get a decent lock here, but you will get the idea when you arrive.

D'oh! Well no wonder team Phrodo had problems with this one today.[:o)] I really should remember to check the website for the latest info instead of relying on old printouts!
Still, we had a nice walk through the gardens and a leisurely lunch..

I suspect you are correct. I will check the cache and replace at the next opportunity. It is a hard one as I reckon we will always be at the mercy of the gardeners unless I come up with a better hiding spot.
Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.
[All the clues indicated we had the correct place but looked for half an hour before having to leave with the gates soon closing.]If this cache was in the hedge then there's obvious recent damage with branches broken/removed and the gardeners tidying things up. Checked the structure same way nibs had for the same reasons.
Spotted easily this time after our last visit in February - hardly anyone around at this time on a Sunday morning, must be all those dark clouds!! Signed log and departed for the next cache - cheers Freddo.
Had another go at this one today. I have no idea why I didn't see it on my last visit. Having found it, the clues and hints are more a hindrance than a help. GZ was pretty obvious from the cache title, and the teddy bear clue had me fixated on the steps and the chicken reference contributes nothing to finding the cache. As an aside, I find this a strange tribute to Elvis [?] TNLNSL Thanks Freddo
Whilst on the way to the final loc of The 4th Horseman, this one popped up on the GPSr and I thought I’d grab it. I had access to the log for it and am confident I found the right spot. I turned the thing upside down. Peered under, in and on the whole structure, but I couldn’t find it
I'm glad that it is cool today otherwise there would be MORE people about! Couldn't fit my white jump suit in the cache - sorry.

A good cache for a winters day. Langy! and I might still be sitting there waiting for a quiet moment if it had been summer.

During my lunchtime, I headed over to a waypoint as part of a multicache. As I was walking along, I overheard someone talking on their mobile phone about not finding it yet. My ears pricked up and I waited nearby, then approached the person. I asked if they were a geocacher and they responded in the affirmative. I am terrible at remembering names so my apologies to the team of father and son (Ned). Was it the leaders/letters/l????
While we were conversing, Ned yelled out that he thought that he had found it. Indeed he did. After retrieving it, we both made our logs. I had nothing to swap so no exchange was made. I had little time left so instead of persuing my multi cache, I showed them info for another nearby cache that I did yesterday and accompanied them while they quickly found it. Thanks for the cache.

Found this one during a lunchtime caching session. Not too many people around today, which made it very easy to grab, log, and return the cache. No swaps today.

The GPS led us straight to GZ. We were looking and looking and couldn't see it. Was about to give up when Mr. K found it. TNLN.
Thanks Freddo.
Thanks Freddo.
Surprisingly little foot traffic in the area when I got there this afternoon. Fairly easily found and retrieved. Took acar and left some superglue. Unluckily the muggle presence had increased in the few minutes I was doing this and had to wait a couple of minutes to be able to replace it. Some of the camo paint is peeling on this so might need a touch up before it gets too bright. Cheers.
Another short walk and I soon realised why the cache was so named. All very well finding GZ, the cache itself was another matter. Spent a long time looking straight up - were those birds meant to be chickens? Should I head to the canteen and ask for soup? Didn't understand the encrypted clue either - but found myself wandering around and around!
Eventually common sense prevailed and I located the container. Didn't have anything small enough with me, so TNLN. Thanks Freddo and Family!

Sunday morning caching is fantastic...no-one around! Found this one in no time. Contemplating the profound as I singed the log I wandered "How many Elvis memorials are there are around the World!" Hmmmmm, Rav 4 Raiders!
It is always relaxing walking through these gardens. The spot was quickly located and the cache found easily as it had no cover. Had to wait a bit for a break in muggle traffic. Logged the book and hid it a bit better. I am curious to know where the other 'rockers' memorials are... Thanks for another great location in an interesting area. Number 3 for the day. TNLN. Cheers.
You were right about the satelittes. They led me a merry chase. When I finally found the right spot I realised why the cache was called what it was .
Found at 218pm can't remember what I left. My 5th for the day.
Thanks Freddo and family fantastic location.

Found by Mary & David at 1440. Couldn't work out the clues initially, but our GZ was luckily very accurate today. Mary had given up early as usual, but as David retrieved the cache she worked out the clues. As we would expect from Freddo, they were spot on and most appropriate. In hysterics about it all. Took US coin, left metal belt clip. Our thanks for another classic, Freddo.
Happy to report .... It's still there Came to GZ couldn't find it, went for a stroll and had "just one more look" on the way back to the car.
Took: funny money
Left: two bouncy balls
Thanks.

Too easy. Replaced the cache and before I could let you know it was found. Moved the co-ordinates slightly and rejigged the clues.
Jeez it is a bugger of a place to get a proper lock. 10m accuracy was best I could do. You will have to let your eyes do the rest.

After three no finds I will check this one and out and deliver a new box if needed.
We searched in the vain hope of finding a Freddo urban cache on the first attempt. We failed.
Had a quick look, but I didn't have enought time to do a full search. Couldn't find it.
Lots of activity nearby with a brass band in the gardens, which provided a diversion for folks passing by. Had a good look round the structure, though I had it sussed with the clue but to no avail ... my average is suffering this weekend! Guess I'll have to try another day.
Found by Team GeoCoopers.
After he left the building at 7pm on our last visit. We were able to cache this one on an afternoon stroll around these tranquil gardens.
Thanks Freddo

Easy find with the hint. Didn't have the cache description with us, but luckily Lyn's never without her Leatherman. Took compasslet, left shell. Thanks!
We picked a beautiful day to do this cache and thoroughly enjoyed our outing. Giant water lillies put on a great display as did so many of the flowering displays. Found no problems and just picked our moment while there was no one around. Took Stag Travel Bug and left $1 coin. Thanks Freddo and Family.
"I was the one" to find it "Way down" there. Left Stag TB as a "Good luck charm". After "A little less conversation" it was time to "Return to sender" but there was a "Hard headed woman" and her friend just sitting there watching, maybe they had "Suspicious minds", but it was "Now or never" and we put it back but we were "All shook up". Thanks Freddo & family, we're "Stuck on you"r caches.
A tricky one with all the groundskeepers hovering around. had to wait 30 mins to put it back !
Cheers freddo.

The question is, where did he go[?][?][?]
Found at 8am during my early morning stroll through the trees to pay homage to the King… I was all shook up . Professor Freddo, Geocacheologist: congratulations on placing your 50th cache. It was an honour to find it. Your caches are real quality. I must read your book 101… (see pic). TN, left a rubber because He went through these like he did his movies! Also left a thimblette for his guitar pluck’n finger.
Good clear pluck’n, John

A nice walk after work. I was in the adjacent park last night but too late to get the cache.
Took nothing, left nothing.

The gates of Grace Land closed at 7pm sharp tonight [|)]. Had just got to GZ while on my way home from work, "Well it's one for the money, two for the show, Three to get ready to go " as I was asked to leave ...
Found this one with Gwyndigo but didn't have a screwdriver. Came back in Feb with one to open the cache. TN/LN.
