Logs
Needed the suggested coordinates in the cache logs for this one, but found it safe and sound
No luck here but did notice some track maintenance has been done within the last weeks or so and the cache may have fallen victim
Wait, I take all that back. I found the cache just beyond the pruning halfway between the suggested coordinates and the actual coordinates for GZ so this old one is still in play a beautiful day for a walk along the beach.Cache and contents are in excellent condition
Today we moved our Moho all the way from Cosy Corner to Swimcart and now luxuriating on a Millionaire Row spot. Quite the hype .Its a glorious spring day here on the East Coast so I went for a walk after lunch to collect this cache. I used kittycaches coordinates for a quick find in a bush. No idea what the hint meant. Glorious spot here we are going to enjoy a few R&R nights here. About the only time of our lives we will be sitting on millionaires row TFTC
Wow just beautiful views. GZ was about 8m north. Glad to have helped Kittykatch avenge a DNF.Tasmania trip 2024 with Kittykatch. Day 3 though we arrived late on day 1. Working to get all states and Territories in a year and counties. First visit to Tassie so excited to experience everything. Thanks for getting me out and about Team Tiges
TasmaniaJoolay and I have travelled to Tasmania on a caching holiday. We are hoping to see as much as we can in four days and find a bunch of caches. Happy to be back to find this case as I've had a DNA from a couple of years ago. After reading previous logs we widened our search. Found about 8m north of gz atS 041 14.156' E 148 17.306'Thanks for the hide Team Tiges
As someone said not true location lucky to have friends with us look at the fork in the path
Searched for an hour within a 10m radius of GZ with no luck. Very frustrating!!!
Big thanks to Team Tiges for creating this cache! Your effort brought an extra spark of excitement to our geocaching quest. This discovery was find number 1,109 for us, marking another memorable moment in our adventure. Living and traveling full-time across Australia in our Coaster Bus, we're always on the lookout for caches to uncover. Currently, we're in Tasmania, planning to explore this beautiful island for around 18 months or so. To see more of our travels, [feel free to follow our journey here https://linktr.ee/SalandAnth
WOW. This place certainly gets a tad busy when you have school holidays, Christmas holidays, long weekends and then a bit of sunshine! Once I got to GZ it was just me and Mother Nature. Some birds and little lizards were keeping an eye on me, and not a muggle in sight. This took some time to find but after reading a couple of previous logs I found the treasure. I also had a ziplock bag with me so I signed the log and placed it into the new bag.TFTC Team TigesKeep smiling
While camping at Binalong Bay, I searched for all the caches in the area.I had some difficulty finding this cache. First I did some "bush bashing" to get to near the cache LZ, only to discover the cache was close to an easy cleared walkway.Secondly, the hint was misleading (tree-cemetery?), so I first looked at all the dead tree/bushes in a 100m radius of the cache LZ, and found nothing. So I searched the living trees/bushes at the exact cache LZ, and finally found the cache in a very much alive bush, right at the stated cache LZ (+/- 5m).TNLN
The plastic bag for the log book has deteriorated and torn, and thus needs replacing.(I usually carry spare zip lock bags for caches, but was out of them that day.)
We've camped further down the beach but a lovely walk down here to grab this oldie. It took about 10 minutes of searching but finally about 8 m north of gz I spotted the cache. Thanks for bringing us to this stunning location.
Staying in St Helens we headed out to locate caches nearby and as far afield as Derby and this was one we found. It was a lovely day to be out caching. Finally we can turn a blue face into a smiley. 12 years ago this cache was not found, and even today it took a while as so many place to look. Hint still makes no sense as under a small bush. TFTC
Jetstar was having a sale…. in the middle of winter, for a destination further south than I already live. That sounds like a great idea!
So a plan for a 4 night whirlwind tour of the northern part of the state was hatched. I’ve seen lots of this beautiful state, but haven’t found a single cache. With plenty of challenges to tick off, and a long list of targeted caches, this week is the time to turn that around.
It’s the final day for this trip, leaving St Helens for Launceston via more of the coast and then inland through Campbell Town and Ross.
I was working against the clock to get to the bay of fires before sunrise and this cache didn’t help matters. It took ages to find and after searching countless other areas I widened my circle and just happened to search in an area my gps was not telling me too, and there it was! Phew!
Thanks Team Tiges for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Caching around Tasmania. TFTC.
Tried to find this last night during the rain. Just got wet.
Back this morning for another try and found quietly sitting under a bush right next to the track very near GZ. Nice.

Only searched for a few minutes before finding the container. Signed the log and headed back the way I came. Met up with a couple from Kettering area and chatted a bit about geocaching which they did not know of. Perhaps some new converts? Signed the log and took some stunning photographs. Thanks
Couldn’t spot this one this time. Little wary of snakes so didn’t venture too far of track.
Couldn't find it after 20 minutes of looking so I cut my loses and headed off to the next one
Nice find after a short search. Past logs help to fill in gaps left by the hint. Pretty much on gps location. Nice bit of a walk from the carpark along the beach. Tftc
Found! Took a bit of poking around and pondering “tree cemetery” (still haven’t quite figured it out) but did find it in the end! TFTC
DNF
Disappointed we couldn’t find this one even with the hint and comments from others.
Stopped searching as there were lots of native wildflowers and orchids that we did not want to trample

Bit of a disappointing dnf today. Spent a good 30 mins searching. With reports of inaccurate gps location and people saying it was 1.5m off track felt like we were encouraged to disrupt the surrounding flora.
Found this cache while on holidays traveling around Tasmania.
Over the last couple of days we've been exploring the east coast.
We passed some nice camps on the way into here, we've made a note that they might be a good spot when we return with our caravan in the future.
The road stopped about 200meters from the cache so we walked the last bit.
This wasn't the quickest find but using the clue we were able to see a few likely places and one was the correct spot.

Out taking photos of the spectacular rocks surrounding the bay of fires on my 50th Birthday & decided to get a sneaky little cache on my way home. Nice hide - TFTC
It seems that there is a bit of bush bashing going on in this beautiful setting. Had difficulty finding this one but was successful in the end. Thanks for the cache
Took while searching for us too on this one. Sprnt quite a while further in the bush before eventually ginding it only 1.5m from the track

Thanks for the cache Team Tiger, I tried yesterday to no avail. Came back this morning to enjoy the sunrise and found it nearly spot-on on the GZ, Regards from Victourer
No luck finding this cache today. I searched for about 10 minutes and found a pike of dead wood but no container. Lovely spot so I will have to come back to camp. . Thanks anyway Team Tiges
Lovely walk past beautiful campsites but no cache. We found a spot which fitted past finders descriptions
Unfortunately we ran out of time and could not find it. Hope to come back to give it another crack.
Coords were a bit off and i didnt understandthe hint but we found it after a short search
Happy to be doing a little

Beautiful afternoon after touring right around the NE corner. My gps showed 4 m when on the cache so look around a bit. Think dead pile. TFTC.
We are camping here at swim cart. Camping is good beach is wavy we took a frog and added a pen
Found this one today while driving around the bay of fires area. It was a nice day but little cold for a swim, but a perfect day for caching none the less. All was good at the cache and thanks for placing another cache for me to find

This was a highlight of my year. This beach was stunning and the day was perfect for throwing myself into the water. So relaxing and peaceful. Delighted like a small child in the water. Beautiful walk along the sand with my colleague who eventually also spotted the cache. Thanks
Thanks
Camping nearby over night - amazing spot found this after exploring the rocks

Visiting from Townsville and continuing our anti-clockwise loop after a couple of days in Hobart.
Bicheno, the Bay of Fires and St Helens today. What an awesome beach. The colours made me think of a toothpaste commercial. So fresh!
Signed below fellow Queenslanders that I seem to be following.

After visiting the bay of fire, heading back to the St Helen's turnoff, dropped in to have a cuppa with Alf. No Alf's were spotted today but there were plenty of people camping along the foreshore.
I envied those with fishing rods propped against their vans while they waiting in comfort waiting for the fish schools to travel past. I would have had a set line in place while I sat in the shade waiting for the fish to catch themselves. Thanks to Team Tiges for highlighting this special place.
