Logs
Found in position by 3 year old Imogen. Trackable logged (originally from USA 2015!).
Always good to find a golden oldie cache. Guessing that the area has changed a bit as there was plenty of obstruction on the views now . We did still spy some views through the gaps in the trees. Thanks for keeping this oldie alive TFTC
Day 3 of my assault on Tasmania to try and continue to turn my map of LGAs in the main island greenFortunately I had already found caches in the west so I only had about 11 LGAs to go. After finding a nearby cache, I continued on to find this one also. It is in excellent condition and the log now bears my signature. TFTC aloysius7 TNL a Tb
Been to Tassie plenty of times in the past, and now find myself retired and able to return. Really love this area in the north east, and places like this make it so much more wonderful! This hide was located in a pretty predictable spot for the hardened cacher, and was found readily.
Merging my accounts. Found this as Hoterini 5/1/12. Now tracking together with Ambers007 and merging the old finds.
Queenslanders heading up the east coast after completing the 3 Capes Walk.Spending 2 nights in St Helens to see the Bay of Fires and cache. Easy find in good condition. Thanks aloysius7 for the cache
Found quickly with the accurate coords. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for placing it.
Not sure when the fire went through here but it is lovely to see all the regrowth. The sprinkling of rain has giving the place a fresh, Australian bush smell.A quick find, sign and replacement then off to the final cache for today.TFTC Cheesy pigsKeep smiling
We weren't really planning on doing this cache but we drove past and just had to stop. Thanks for the hide Cheesy pigs.
Camping at Dora Point so walked to find the caches in the area.An easy find near the road, definitely easier than the nearby "Humbuging Hill" cache.TNLNNote: the plastic bag for the log box is torn, and needs repacing.
Drove out from St Helens to come grab this Golden Oldie Cache. It was quickly found and it's log was signed at 16:02 on Tuesday 7 November 2023.I'm glad this one wasn't any further from the road as this area would be Tiger Snake Heaven, but thankfully there was limited grass at GZ.I loved the hidey spot as it was almost royal Well made little platform inside the hidden spot The cache and contents are fine and dry.TFTC Cheesy Pigs
Jetstar was having a sale…. in the middle of winter, for a destination further south than I already live. That sounds like a great idea!
So a plan for a 4 night whirlwind tour of the northern part of the state was hatched. I’ve seen lots of this beautiful state, but haven’t found a single cache. With plenty of challenges to tick off, and a long list of targeted caches, this week is the time to turn that around.
It’s the final day for this trip, leaving St Helens for Launceston via more of the coast and then inland through Campbell Town and Ross.
Up early again I was off before sunrise, with the aim to watch sunrise over the bay of fires. This was a quick find on my way to a targeted cache.
Thanks Cheesy pigs for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Lovely sheltered spot to camp down the road. Got lots of salmon fishing off the rocks
So very kind to place this cache in honor of my alter ego.
Of note, I simply had to find this as for the past 15 years I have been performing Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" as a one man show to raise money for charity. I've memorized the book and play all the parts and have raised US $135,000 over the years. So, how could I not search out this cache and its nearby neighbor? Impossible to resist.
The cache coords were very good and all was well with the container, but there were a lot of black ants at the GZ. I signed the log and left a Travel Bug attached to a model of another poisonous species, as if Australia had a shortage. Thanks

We continued today our tour in Tasmania, AUS, and thereby searched, found and logged this interesting Traditional-Cache.
The weather was - said in one word – simply best. The good hidden caches and the being on holidays kept us the whole day in a good mood.
The cache had good coordinates, and thus was easy to find. The logbook was okay, and allowed easy logging.
Thanks to aloysius7 for the generation of this nice cache [AG] Scrooge's Cache (with the proper agenda), for leading us here and for showing us this funny location as well as the ongoing maintenance of this cache.
PS: Please forgive us the uniform log which is needed due to timing problems - if necessary special actions and happenings are there described where they appeared.
Greetings from Germany together with the hope to meet somewhere like event or wood.

Camping with The Roadies in the area and decided to have a drive out to Dora Point to have a look at the mouth of Georges Bay, so of course we had to find a few caches along the way. This was a quick find. Thanks aloysius7 and cheesypigs.
Camping further north with tassietan and had to come into St Helens for supplies.
We decided to make a day of it and do a spot of sightseeing and, of course, caching.
Thanks for the cache, a nice easy find.

Nalezeno společně s Radoshordos během měsíčního výletu do Malajsie, Singapuru, Bruneje a Austrálie, kde byla hlavním cílem celého výletu Tasmánie. Singapore se zároveň stává mojí 39. navštívenou zemí a Austrálie mojí 40. navštívenou zemí.
Keš jsem našel během chvilky společně s Radoshordos. Děkuji za přivedení na další zajímavé místo a za další bod do sbírky.
Zdravím z České republiky.
Found it during a one-month trip together with Radoshordos to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Australia, where Tasmania's was main destination of the whole vacation. Singapore is also becoming my 39th visited country and Australia my 40th visited country.
I found the cash in a moment with Radoshordos. Thank you for bringing me to another interesting place and for the next point to the collection. Greetings from the Czech Republic.

On our way around Tassie for 3 weeks. After setting up camp at the Dora Point Camping area we went for a drive to find some caches and check out the scenery.

After dropping off my son and hubby to St Helens MTB, I took my father and daughter around the area. We are holidaying from Victoria. The GPS led us astray a few times before spotting our prey. My daughter had had a small fall earlier but she recovered enough to walk back to the car. Thanks for the cache.
The geocache was an easy find.Thank you for the cache from GeoMaggie and her sidekick Bonnie.
Lovely! My girlfriend’s very first geocache, she was thrilled. Great beginner’s choice. Left a Unicorn band-aid
Early morning run while at the geowife catches up on some zzzz’s. Down from Brisbane for a week.
Cheers

On a road trip from Hobart to Stanley with my mum over 2 weeks. We visited a number of towns and we were mainly targeting Virtuals and Earthcaches due to the amazing locations they take one to. We did pick up the random traditional, multi, puzzle, wherigo and even a couple letterbox caches whilst travelling.
Today its Bicheno to St Helens and we visited a number of places along the way, including a little detour via St Marys. Started off at the Bicheno Blowhole which was in full action this morning. A nice easy find here, signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for placing and mainting this Geocache aloysius7
