###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
After a string of successful Finds, it has now had a string of DNFs. I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO, jonno7264.
The cache will be disabled and I'll check back in 30 days to see if either
- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated in a Note log here, when action will be taken
**If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then we can only assume that the cache has been abandoned and, regrettably, it will be archived.**
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Thank you

Unfortunately we did not find we looked for nearly 30 minutes. Needs maintanance as about three or more people before could not find. But even though we didn't find it I would recommend to come and visit. Very calming to listening or watching nature. Great place to have a picnic. Would also be a great place to pick blackberries as when driving here the side of the road is littered with them.
On a short three day tour of the north and northeast of Tassie with RLD4963 and the GeoGSP. This one wasn't on our radar but as we were driving straight past we thought we'd have a look.
Had no idea this lake was here, the track in is very overgrown but picnic area still very open.
Unfortunately no cache was found.

This place feels like a secret little camp ground it is wonderful. It on a day trip with the fam, turned down a little track to have a quick bite away from everyone else, so glad we did.

This one had us stumped a little but we got there in the end once we looked in the right spot.
On a sunny day,
I popped by this dam oddly named place
Something to do with Chinese tin miners I suspect
Down by the lake,
Myrtle moaned,
and I soon found this cache
Lovely spot !!

Hi there jonno7264.
We found your cache **"Maa Mon Chin"** at 12:00:00 PM today. (This makes our grand total 18880).
We are camped at Cosy Corner for a while, to use this as our base for some caching forays around the area. Penny has been drawing a line on the map to show every road we have traveled - and today she wanted to join up St Helens with Branxholm. Geocaches, cemeteries, dams, rain forests, pubs and cheese factories made for an interesting day.
We thoroughly enjoyed our drive & ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes. Our cache count was 9 caches today, with 0 DNF's.
Thanks for placing the cache here. Without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels. This place is certainly one of the unloved and remote ones.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found this cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

We came across this by accident on friday 5/1/2018 . My son knew what it was but I didn't . I am now interested in joining in .
Found on trip around Australia with Willow the little black adventure cat. See vancatmeow.com for updates on where we are. 29 months on the road.
Thanks for the cache!

Took a little longer than we’d have liked but we had our hands on it soon enough. TFTC
Well this is cache number 3001, a bit of an anticlimax after the last one - or so we thought. We followed the track down and down, adding pinstriping to the car with compliments of the blackberry bushes. We got to a very big long puddle and I heard murmurs from the back seat about stopping, uh uh not the egg. We bulldozed through it with ease and soon pulled up a few small metres from GZ. A quick easy find by the boys while the girls chatted out in the sunshine.
The lake looked interesting but I bet not too much is living in it, maybe a 2 headed fish?
Thanks jonno7264 for bringing us here.

After finding the Paris Dam we drove down this one and after getting out of the car we had a quick search and what do you know we found the cache and added our names to the logbook.
A great looking place, i'm not sure if I would be up for going for a swim in it mind you.
thanks for the cache.

On my way to the Paris Dam and remembered that there was something else along the back, do took a detour on an interesting road (glad I have a 4WD) and once I worked out what tree I was looking for I had the cache. Thanks.
Thank goodness the pappas came with us today! It was a very tricky track and once on it there was no turning back for us in the people mover. Would have loved a table for our picnic. Found the cache though. Those boys sure know their trees.
We were headed for Mt Paris dam and I thought this must be it because it was the only bit of blue showing on my GPS anywhere near here. Silly me! We made it to Mt Paris dam after this one and easy to see why there was no blue showing. They let it out!
Getting back to this one, I didn't want to take the relatively new Tiguan down here so we walked in and out, Was a pleasant walk and Jen got some wild blackberries for our desert later on, but I don't think I'd come here for a picnic really. Not a well maintained area so to speak.
Thanks anyway

On our second attempt I finally got little my little car (Kermit) down this road. Thanks very much.
This was our 2nd attempt at finding this cache. The first time we couldn't get our car all the way in! A much drier day. Took nothing, left nothing! Including that little surprise!
Stopped in here on our way through to the coast. We should have checked past logs more thoroughly. Sounds like cache and location now have little resemblance to coordinates, container or hint.
Oh well, such is life. A cool spot, with some interesting structures built in the nearby bush by bored kids...or satanists....

found this one fairly easily. We moved it higher due to the wild weather that's expected over the next two days in case the dam rises dramatically.
Left the geo van in Derby and went exploring the area for the morning.
After checking out Mt Paris Dam, drove to this remote picnic area. Saw what we thought was the correct tree, and then around the corner saw some MUGGLES! "Did you drive here?" they asked. "No" I replied," we walked - HAHA." "We have a flat battery, can you help?" "Yes we can help?"
So, the little old Nissan Patrol GU tdi, revved up the Big F truck! Away they went, we went back to the tree, found the cache and were on our way.
Thanks jonno7264, if it weren't for this cache, the F truck might still be there.

Travelling around Australia and now in Tasmania! So exciting. The weather has been kind to us so far.
Today we moved from Derby to the Bay of Fires but with a stopover in Pyengana. We dropped the caravan off in Pyengana then headed off to find the caches after Derby.
Such a lovely day so sunny and warm.
We found the replacement container left by Off-Roaders. We had a small container with us that seemed suitable so have left the last logsheet and a new one in the new small container.
Great spot for a cache so glad that it's still active.

We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the Land Down Under" ...
Container was broken and useless, so replaced with what we had. Maybe next cacher will have something better to put it in.
Thanks for sharing this great spot jonno7264!

We had a fairly extensive poke around for this one, including checking forks of a couple of trees as per Cached's note but we weren't keen to venture too far up them, being myrtles & therefore rather special. As previous finder left the damaged container at base of tree we're not sure what's now happened, though in the intervening 18 months there have no doubt been many picnicing / camping / fishing muggle visitors. Still needs maintenance but who is now looking after things?
Found this one at the base of tree - no log, holes in container. Replaced as found.
Found with geopartner after a bit of a search. Container was not in tree, had had a few holes gnawed by the wildlife, and contents were very soggy. Replaced as found, but it needs some work.
Very beautiful spot to camp. Unfortunately didn't find the cache but thoroughly enjoyed our night here.
We (oops! Sorry,) Geohubby climbed every tree fitting the description in the clue but no luck for us today.
We even upended everything in the canopy of the 4x4 to get to our little 3 step ladder which was quite a help for vertically challenged folk like us (oops, Sorry) ...like Geohubby.
Can imagine this place is packed in tourist season, what a very scenic, peaceful spot. TFTC jonno7624

This cache was replaced on New Years Day. It is up in the fork of a big tree and requires a bit of a climb. The coords are the same.
I am willing to adopt this cache.

A gorgeous little picnic/camp spot and we spent a while talking to the campers as they were wondering what we were doing. Thanks jonno7264
Had a look around the area but no signs of a cache. Still a great area to come and see though.
We got here late in the day and didn't locate the cache. Maybe we just didn't look carefully enough as we could hear the spa and champagne calling! Nice palce to visit though.
Don't know about this one. No evidence of a cache in what seemed the obvious places. Muggled peraps.
Although the last part of the road into this pleasant spot was quite rough, our 2WD managed quite well albeit very slowly. Yes, GPS was somewhat erratic but the clue enabled a quick find. A hole had been gnawed in the container and the log was reasonably wet although still signable.. All excess water removed and the container placed where a way that was less likely to allow water to enter. TFTC
Had a nice drive in on the wet gravel with the rental. Managed to drive within a couple of metres, and then Moneydork found it fairly quickly. With the rain I thought it was a bit lower than would be comfortable. Cheers Gav [6151]
We navigated our way to this one in our rental car at night and in torrental rain.

While pressed for time, we decided to give this one a shot...Glad that we did...Quick find. TFTC!!
After a nice drive in to GZ we found a great picnic or camping spot and a lovely stretch of water. Cache came to light quite quickly, thanks to the hint, but the container has a hole in the base, so might need some maintenance before winter sets in. Drizzle was starting in earnest by now so couldn't hang about. Took TB and left my pathtag and the lovely Symbology GC. Thanks for bring us here and the cache, jonno7264.
Out and about bushwalking with my mother (Helen) and her friend (Elizabeth, first time caching) thought we would do some caching on the way to the Blue Tier. This was on the way so decided to drop in as we had not done so before. Glad we did, will return with picnic, fishing rod & bathers next time.... Such a lovely spot, well so many in the area who can count. Left travel bug PKAYQM but took nothing. We will be back soon as we are regulars to the Blue Tier.
Thanks Jonno7264 for the diversion on the way.

looked for "everyone else' without luck. So came here. Clue was spot on. Tried to fish a little but rain came in. Nice spot.
Found this one after giving up on "everyone else has",
Cache still has a hole in it but it is still dry inside,
Another great place hidden away,
There were platypi swimming around today but keeping there distance from shore,
Pulled out the rods for a few casts,
We didn't have any luck today but will be back when we have another go at finding "everyone else has",

Very nice spot for a stop. So many hidden places we now know about through caching. Took rat and left a shell.
Lovely spot. Temperatures were in the mid 30's and it was deserted so most of TBT went for a refreshing swim.
Very pleasant.
Took table tennis ball, left spotted frog.
Thanks for this great spot and cache!

Had lunch here, nice spot. Took screwdrivers left ping pong ball, bouncy ball and pencil sharpener. The cache has some holes in it from a friendly critter, we will replace the container next time we visit (within two weeks from today)
I wish it had been later in the day so I could have camped here. Tested the water in the lake, cool but not freezing. If there'd only been a rope swing it would have been perfect. Found the cache with no real problems even though coords nowhere near. Thanks jonno, I liked this spot.
Found on our 2nd attempt. Lots of Trigger plants were flowering here at the time. TNLN. Thanks jonno7264.
Found after looking on the wrong side of the clearing.

We were that close! But there was a bus full of muggles camped almost on top of it. So we are not logging a DNF. We'll come back later. Looks like a great spot to stay a while.
I'd only intended to do "Tunnel for Tin" and this cache today, but I drove straight past the turn off to this one and by the time I'd realized I was close(ish) to aloysius's "The BFG", which was only meant to be a 35 minutes walk to the cache, so I thought I'd grab that one whilst I was in the area. I hadn't figured a dying French Bulldog and getting lost in the equation. So it was some hours later that I finally got to this cache, and it ended up being quite a pleasurable experience after the ordeal of the afternoon.
The cache was easy to find, I got a zero point about 3 metres from the cache, and because of where that zero mark was, it was reasonably easy to work out which direction to head. So I'd give this a difficulty of 1.5 to 2 I guess.
It's amazing how what has happened before can effect your experience at future caches, I was pretty stuffed after "The BFG", and this was so peaceful with the lake as smooth as silk, the frogs croaking, the platypus darting around - you could almost see the serenity, in fact for a second I thought I could smell the serenity, but I think it might have been GeoSnort - phew
A nice second cache Jonno, we drove straight past this the other week when we did "Everyone Else Has" and didn't know it was here - thanks - TNLNEtE
