Got all the coordinates workdwide, after a long team work...
Sad the final container was missing.
But it was a fun search. The first of it's kind I attempted

Any chance of transferring ownership to another cacher, who is willing to maintain it and keep it alive? Would be a shame for this great one to go.
Hello! Since these great World Caches are being archived, I decided to make some profile art to honor them. I have the US and Canada posted on mine because I found both of those, but I have art made for Germany, UK, and Australia, too, and I would be glad to share them with anyone who found these caches. Keep on cachin"!
DNF today. From reading logs I'm not even sure if physical cache is still in place.
Did all the hard work over a few months and finally got to GZ to find nothing. Checked with previous finder and found I was looking in exactly the right spot which photos confirmed . It seems the cache is missing.
If anybody is interested in designing a new, entirely virtual World Cache in place of this one, let's get together! Greetings from Cambridge!
found with btm and u_c sorry for late logging but i thought dad would log it for me
Found it with u_c and gm10. Not sure y it being archived as it looks like a new cache container all dry and in great condition. I am sure as i looked on all the other pages for this cache in other countries there would be plenty of ppl willing to take over the ownership of this cache. Me being 1 of them for this cache. thanks to my team of me urban_caches and geomonster10 from australia, MissPeach13 from canada, Elektrikör from germany, TeamPod fron uk, and qaz from usa.
i would be willing to take over control of this cache so it doesn't have to be archived, as has most of the team i was in have made the same offer with the cache in there own country.
thanks to my team of
me blacktownman and geomonster10 from australia,
MissPeach13 from canada,
Elektrikör from germany,
TeamPod fron uk,
qaz from usa.
such a shame it has to be archived and not passed on to someone who will continue to look after these caches

We'll be archiving the World Caches at the end of September 2017. If anyone is still working on solving this cache please let me know, and I'll archive it but not remove the physical hides or information until you complete the final.
Could the cacher who sent us an Email regarding this cache please send it again, as I accidently deleted it before it was read. Thanks.
It was such a nice warm & sunny day today that I decided to head off to work a bit early and take the coastal route going via South Head, Maroubra and Little Bay. This was the 1st of 3 finds for today.
This worldwide geo-adventure started one month ago when we visited WP1 during one of our regular Sunday “cheap OPAL card” transport days, where the information was found and a note was posted to the cache logs in view to joining a team. And it wasn’t long before we were contacted by a Canadian cacher (BramblingRose) and we were then included in a newly formed geo-team.
**Our Team:** Australia - vk2df, UK - morphessTDLK, Germany - Eufachguad, USA - skimirrors, Canada – BramblingRose.
From there it was a steady progression of visiting waypoints, finding coord info, posting same into a communal “DropBox” global spreadsheet, visiting more waypoints, exchanging emails amongst the team members, and eventually we had those final (Australian) GZ coords appear on the spreadsheet. It was a great experience working with other cachers in far away places with a common quest of cache discoveries.
But it wasn’t all smooth sailing, having spent considerable time searching for WP3 (Stage3) only to learn later on that the info is actually missing from that waypoint location, and then visiting final GZ yesterday and failing to find the cache. Initial enquires to the last successful finder led me to believe that the cache was missing, so I reluctantly logged a disappointing DNF. But shortly after that I was contacted by another cacher, who advised me that he had actually replaced the cache in May, and then kindly gave me guidance to it’s discovery.
And so on to today, where I once again headed out to final GZ in pursuit of the “end game”. Parked the geomobile in the little “hidden” parking area that I had discovered, then trekked off along the pathway to GZ. And in stark contrast to yesterday, this time it was a very quick find. The new container is a far cry from the rusty old lidless mint tin that recent cachers had reported in their logs, and it’s now befitting of the final end cache in such an epic multi-cache. Signed the fresh new logbook with all of our team members geo-names included, TN but left a coloured domino and a smiley badge to cheer up the cache contents a little, and then replaced the container as found.
Thanks to **Seemyshell** for providing initial assistance (WP3 & final GZ), and to **phlphotos** for generously replacing the final GZ cache with such a high quality container and providing assistance in locating it. And of course thanks to **Philma** for setting up this world wide cache, which deserves a Favourite point from us.

Find #1880
Attempted to find the final Australian cache today. Searched around GZ for a good hour, but sadly was unable to locate it. Contacted the most recent finder who confirmed I had been looking in the correct spot, but also warned me that the container was in very bad condition and the log was just mush when they found it back in May.
So, after all of those waypoint visits, gathering the coords for the other team members, it appears I will be the only one of our team to fail at the last hurdle and be unable to log the cache. It's a rather disappointing end to what could have been a fun experience, but that's just the way it goes sometimes.

We visited WP1 (Australia) today and found the required info at that location. Would be happy to join a team if asked.
Our team is finally complete.

Had the final coords to this one a while ago... just noticed that it may be getting archived soon, so I made the trip out to GZ, after work. Found the rusty old container, that is in desperate need of replacement.

I've been to the established coordinates three times and can't find any info for the next step...
We're willing to serve as the team member from the USA if there is a team out there that needs our help. We'll go out and check the USA cache this week to make sure that it's still there.

Trying to clear Sydney CBD of all unfind caches, I obviously came across the World Cache. An interesting concept, to collaborate with 5 other teams across the globe.
A note was posted on the webpage of each of the caches of the respective countries and soon we had our team complete:
- Fleuretcie – Canada
- Disa Urq – UK
- Boswijk Posse – Australia
- Team Gilicache - Germany
- Koalacanuck - US
Soon the exchange of coordinates began and I was surprised to see with each new set of coordinates I was getting further and further away. But each waypoint was at a surprising and beautiful location and well worth the effort of getting there, of course combining it with some other nearby caches.
The final coordinates was 40 km away from home, and today was the day I drove up to Watson's Bay. After driving around endlessly to find a parking spot I then walked the last part. On this hot summer's day there were many people walking on the trail and enjoying the beach.
The cache was found, but oh does it need some maintenance. The lid is not there, the edges are razor blades, and the content is soaking wet. Not worthy of such a interesting cache and beautiful location.
After signing duties, it was time to cool down and take a nice dip in the sea before heading home.
Thanks for the cache Philma. A favourite point for the concept and waypoints.

Found the WPs over several visits. This Multi Cache has fantastic views of Sydney Harbour. I liked the bridge over Parsley Bay. My Geodad EverestHigh did all the communication, I had to get underneath things and take photos. It was fun. Thanks to all our Team in the other countries.

This is a great Multi, but the Final cache needs some serious maintenance. The cache container is very rusty and has lost its lid, and the log book is too wet to write in. The GZ is an awesome location with one of the finest views in the world! Please fix up the cache to a standard befitting the stature of this Geocache. Thanks for this great cache Philma! Long may it live!!
It was a brilliantly sunny, blue-sky day in Sydney today. I enjoyed the magnificent views down Sydney Harbour as I walked along its foreshores near Watson's Bay. I was finding the Final Caches of 3 Multis today: Coded Cache, Watsons Wander and World Cache (Australia). The World Cache was a great experience working with an international team of geocachers. We found and sent coordinates back and forth between five continents until we could find our respective final caches. Thanks Meleakett for coordinating our team. TFTC Philma
Finally the journey ends, thanks to all the international cachers out there who helped us through this one.
The cache itself needs a little TLC, but what a wonderful cache.

Read phlphotos log. Had a great deal of fun with this cache. Phil had the the whole thing under control and I came along for the ride. Sorry for the VERY late log
#842 my team consisted of the following great cachers
Australia: phlphotos & alnic39
Canada: fluffnight
UK: chess_player
Germany: baekno
US: RPieperCO
For my side of the cache WP1 had just been painted over so was unable to read the coordinates so got the details from the CO in April. From my team I received the coordinates for the other WPs had difficulty with WP3 but found it on my second trip.
So for the final I went straight after one of our big storms so there was lots of damage including near GZ so gave up looking went to the area a second time with a friend but I was caching that day so again didn’t look new where I was looking as had some intel from a previous finder before the storm and after that all was good. Today I had the day off work so decided to finally finish this one off it took a bit of finding in between groups walking passed. I came here by ferry so didn't have my car witth systema, log books ziplock bags this ammo tin no longer has a lid the ziplock bag doesn't appear to have a hole in it but the log book is a sponge. When I'm next in the area I'll add a plastic box inside the Ammo tin to keep the log book dry.
What a fantastic cache this was and how it was put together. Thanks for your help Philma and for the cache
So our team finished like this
Australia: phlphotos & alnic39 7/9/16
Canada: fluffnight 27/5/16
UK: chess_player hasn't made the find yet
Germany: baekno 29/5/16

Looking for a team willing to join us in finding all five caches in the series. I've already secured the first waypoint for the WorldCache in America. I still need an Austrailian, a UK, a Canadian, and a German. If you are interested in finding all five multicaches and joining Team WorldCacher, please message me.

#712 - Garmin eTrex 30 and Looking 4 Cache iPad App
This was the second of two finds for the day. After finding ‘The First Landfall’, I continued to GZ of this cache. Earlier this year, I had been eyeing off the World Cache series for awhile and with a holiday booked with Geomum and Geodad to Vancouver, Canada in June and July, I sought out the first Australian waypoint only to find the plaque with the coordinates missing. This was disappointing as I had wanted to get started before my holiday. I emailed a fellow Australia cacher who had previously completed the World Cache, asking for just this information. A couple days later, this cacher provided me with all of the Australian waypoints and the information to pass on to the other team members. I could not believe my luck! What was even more surprising was the final information from Australia is the coordinates for the final cache in Canada. This was great for me because it meant I could sign both the Canadian and Australian logs but I needed to form a team before my holiday. As the Canadian waypoints were very close to where I was staying during my holiday, I decided to take them on with pfreid_gold as the backup. Steben6 were going to be near the USA waypoints during my holiday, and silverpepper and db3034 from Germany and United Kingdom respectively, were already frequenting the required areas for their parts. With the team established, I set up a spreadsheet with all of my information and sent it to all team members. This was so well received they have been emailing me with the new information as they find it so I can update the spreadsheet.
After successfully completing the Canadian waypoints and signing the log, I wanted to log the Australian part as soon as possible. Today was a great day weather-wise and with the train and ferry only costing $2.50 for the train and I was keen to make the find. As I had already visited WP1 and knowing WP3 was out of action, I double-checked the information at WP4. Unfortunately, WP2 was in another direction so I did not check it. After checking WP4, I made my way to GZ. Although this was easy to find, searching with so many passing muggles meant I had to block them out and just search. Surprisingly, no one asked me anything. After about 30 minutes of searching, I was coming up empty-handed. I checked past found logs and sent out emails to the previous finders. Fortunately, a previous finder was also a PAF whom I sent a text. Thankfully, my PAF replied and we determined my position relative to where the cache would be. I called my PAF back to say I hadn’t found it yet so we clarified information. I then started searching again and then finally, I saw the cache from an angle and distance I had not yet attempted. It is always the angle which results in a successful find. I nearly sliced my hand open upon retrieving the cache and I tried to sign the log but the log is saturated. When I replaced the cache, a muggle finally asked if I had lost something and I said I was replacing the treasure from a treasure hunt. The replacing was a little difficult but I succeeded. I called my PAF back with many thanks and she admitted she needed to PAF when she was looking for it as well. We chatted about how the cache and waypoints could be improved.
Despite the missing information and poor condition of the cache, the views on this part of the journey are spectacular. This has been a wonderful experience and it has been great being in the unique position to log a find for the home country and an additional country. It must have been quite an exercise to set it all up but I am grateful for the opportunity to meet (although only virtually) other cachers from around the world.
We found at stage 1 (on the fence) the sign with the coordinates. It is there but unreadable, so the story ended before it really began
I would like to join a Team to complete this cache. Thanks, EverestHigh in Sydney Australia.

Although there are already NM logs, the cache really does need to be replaced - its just an open, very badly rusted metal box. When it rains, the contents are soaked, and although the log is in a ziplock bag, it was damp and the bag won't last forever. Sadly, this cache can't be saved so it will need to be replaced asap. Also the first stage will need to be replaced as it has been painted over.
searched WP1 a few times now and even with a hint from CO it seems that WP1 has gone missing when the fence was repainted. Could CO please check.
This cache as has been pointed out by others is in desperate need of maintenance, there is no lid, it is completely open, luckily the log is in a sealed bag & still intact. I believe WP1 & WP3 to be missing also.
thanks
thanks
This has been a long time coming (started 25 July 2015). I've had my final coords for a while & today was the day. It was a beautiful sunny winter's day & the area was pretty busy with muggles so I had to time my searches between them. PAF to check I was in the right area. Then a quick look in the right direction showed me what I was after - so I moved a bit closer for the grab. This cache as has been pointed out by others is in desperate need of maintenance, there is no lid, it is completely open, luckily the log is in a sealed bag & still intact.
thanks to my team

I took the ferry out to Watsons Bay, and took a short walk to the cache. I love how you can only find the cache through teamwork with people you don't even know - its a great idea! I can also imagine how hard this cache would have been to set up. Anyway, all the wps had beautiful views of the harbour, and the final location was no different. The find was easy enough, but dodging between muggles was slightly harder. Thanks to my team I could find this, great idea and tftc!

Wow, what an experience! This experience started for me when I had 30-something finds back on International Geocaching Day 2013, when Calypso62 held an event near the first waypoint. I then sat on that information for quite some time. Fast forward to 12 August 2014 when I was lucky enough to be part of a team consisting of, at that stage, nicehice (USA), zuzdeluxe (UK) and slugdeath (Canada), and we just needed our German member. On 6 September 2014 MaWi42 joined our team. Things moved quite quickly and on 18 October 2014 I found all the Aussie waypoints, just not the final. It has taken me since today to get back to find the final - and what a hunt it was. I enjoyed the walk to GZ but it took me some time to find the container as I was worried about the proximity to the nearby facility. I rang a few previous finders for a hint and as I was talking to one of them I found the poor dilapidated container - not where it was when they found it some time ago. The container is in the worst condition I've ever seen and is in dire need of attention. Thank you for this experience, I enjoyed meeting the other cachers and am glad to finally add this smiley to my list. A favourite coming your way (but please please please fix the cache container!!)

### Looking for Team Members, I work near this WP, and can get any of the WP's required.###
Currently live in the UK, visiting Australia soon so could potentially do both legs of some one is interested.
i been here to this start location 3 times with exact info to find the first set of coordinates. now it could be blindness on my part but searched the whole fence in the area with no luck. yesterday i found some black tape on the fence that wasn't there last time, but still no luck. just wondering if the owners or someone who found the starting coordinates could check if the info is still there so hopefuly i can find it next time.
Cache will be repaired soon, so continue as planed and if you need help contact me direct.
