I do hate posting these logs, BUT.
I confered with Captain Terror last night, searched everywhere, the double blue signs on the foreshore side, the blue street signpost over the road, and even checked out the shark on the pole, nothing that resembles a cache, only wasps nests. time to put this one to bed.
Sorry The Wombat74

Did this one actually get maintained over Easter or is that log a mistake? It should be an easy find.
No joy here dont think it has been replaced yet so logging as dnf hope it gets back up and going again
due to a long illness have been unable to get to caches, all caches will be maintained over the easter weekend
Seeing as the owners have not been online for 2 years and won't respond to emails I've been replacing the logbook in this one since I found it. Did a check-up on it tonight and it is gone. The tether, the container, the whole bit is gone. This one needs to be laid to rest for good.
Read notes checked all over sign for a micro 6 of us looking but couldn't find it. I am going to say it is not here
HELP ME
Is it because I thought it was the 'sign of the times' that i could not find it? Or should I have 'shipped' myself closer to the water to find it?
Spent a long time there tho. I wonder if it is still there?

Found by geobuddy while out with geoson. WOW THIS IS THE MICROEST MICRO WE'VE EVER FOUND!!!!! Replaced log paper. TFTC.
Good find easy but smart thanks for the cache. Needs new logging paper had now room to log our finding.
Last find in hervey bay before heading sourh.
Nice quick find thanks to clue.
Tftc, log is full.

My first Cache in Australia! On the way from Brisbane to Cairns we make a nice, rainy stop in Hearvey Bay. Tftc fips1982
Found as a part of Team SaintsMadHouse and now that the kids have grown we each have our own accounts to finddd geocaches with separately wherever we go!Found it easily. I am giving this a favorite point too. Simply because the owner thought a little differently about this one and had me scratch my head,to see it was so simple.

Had me looking and looking. I was sure the cache was there - but where? Finally spotted something out of the ordinary. Funny when you have something in mind to look for that you miss the obvious. Tunnel vision?

Found this guy late in the day and have to agree with other finders that the log needs to be replaced. I have never seen a cache like this before so well done to azwok for placing this cache.
Great piece of sculpture on the sea wall.

Found on a nice day for caching while staying just up the road for a few days.
A busy walkway here too, but a nice safe hide. TNLNSL TFTC

Found this one. When we originally looked we thought it had been muggled. When we went back for another walk I was showing a friend and a lightbulb went off in my head. Sure enough, there it was. I am very happy about that. TFTC
Great cache which was found by Mr Bushies2 easily, the logbook is full and needs to be replaced. Thanks azwok.
We didn't check out the tourist attraction on the other side of the street but we admired the ship next to the cache. TFTC. Greetings from Slovenia.
Great spot. Cache was in good condition. Enjoyed my walk along the Esplanade caching. It might be slower to walk and I get less cache finds but I get to see so much. Thanks for this well thought out cache placement.
Hervey Bay is one of those places that has had so much progress over the years. Everytime I visit there is lots of changes, that is until you pass the shark show. Man, it is stuck in a time warp... Cache was found easily, quick sign of log and we were on our way. TFTC azwok
Nice easy find. The swallows were having a great time flying around the seawall this morning. Cheers Gav [8390]
Out and about - this one came on my radar. I made my way to GZ and "yoiked" the cache at an appropriate moment. The cache is in good conditon (looks like one side of the log is full). Interesting little container. TFTC azwok
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
Nice cache. Had to avoid a curious bee but otherwise, a quick find. Will check out the attraction tomorrow! TFTC
This was an interesting micro cache - it was very tiny. I knew I was in the right area as soon as I saw the shark with its mouth wide open. Great spot TFTC.
Easy find, very quick to locate.
Logbook destroyed from being wet.
I replaced with what I have.
Cache is not really waterproof, so log will probably get wet again.

Found this morning whilst avoiding the attention of camera weilding tourist. Log is jambed in its cache and tends to fall apart when removal is attempted - found it but couldn't sign it. Cute hide and TFTC
Easy find and only one I got today. Couldn't sign log as it is too sodden to remove from container. It needs maintenance urgently.

In light of the wet logbook, I'll have another look at it next time I'm up (about every month). Seeing as the owner has been AWOL for quite some time and I was the last one to maintain this cache, I will PM regarding adopting the cache if possible.
Last one for the morning, found at 09:15. Nice easy find but would be difficult to get without being seen when Vic starts to reel the muggles in.
Cache was wet and needs new log. TFTC.

Found at 0550. A quick walk by in my case as I was out for an early marning walk. couldn't make the conection with the name intil I looke accross the road. Cache OK and dry.
The clue gave it away, the log is full. Took a guest with us for these first few caches today. TFTC SL
The clue was a dead give away as we approached GZ. In desperate need of a new log, we signed where we could and have a picture of the container as proof.TFTC, SL
A quick find but a fun one in a great spot. Hard to avoid all the passers by though! The log is full so we couldn't sign it.
Nice easy find. The first part of my great Hervey Bay blitz by pushbike - and a fantastic way to see the bay!
Found at 1435. Had to wait for a few muggles to move on before grabbing this one. Thanks azwok.
First of this type we have found, initially thought it was missing, very cool.
A beautiful day, right on high tide, with lots of dolphins just off the beach, but no bities.

Quick find signed log and of to the next one, as I was on a mission to find as many caches as I could in the short time that I had TFTC
Interesting spot. Had a look at the tourist spot but didn't go in. Good hide thanks.
Arrived at GZ and investigated where the cache was. I thought 'now how am I going to get this without attracting attention'. There were several muggles around, both on and off the road. It was just starting to drizzle which reduced the muggle factor, so I put on my waterprooof jacket and just went for it, hoping I looked like it was my job to check road stuff Grabbed the logsheet and retired to my car to sign, then stealthily returned the cache. TFTC azwok.
Fund at 0950. For awhile we thought we would have to come back as there were plenty of muggles. Managed to snag the cache whilst taking several photos that we did not want. Thank heavens for digital cameras. TFTC
Found whilst taking a siteseeing cycle around the Hervey Bay foreshore. Thanks
Awesome area, took lots of photos and loved the ship and and sharks
Cheers and thanks for the cache
Cheers and thanks for the cache
Camera provided good alibi for me to wait for break in muggle traffic. Is there really a show behind those doors?
Nice area. Great ship monument on the foreshore.
Found with some new convrts from the area. TFTC

Looks like eco-cat did a good job of securing the cache. Didn't try to negotiate with the log - just prized it out and replaced it with a new one which is wider and should be easier to extract. Boy, is this a public cache! TFTC azwok.
We actually found this one a couple of weeks ago and haven't been able to log our visit because of all the muggles. So yay that we could today. The log is completly full now and the cache was not secured properly, so we fixed it the best we could and placed it back. TFTC
There were a lot of muggles around this cache. I distracted them while geoson grabbed the cache. TFTC
Only stopped for a look at this one on a drive by whim. There were heaps of muggles about being a public holiday but my partner managed to spot it and get it without anyone noticing. Great hide in plain site, loved. My partner's second personal find too so she is well pleased.
Would suggest a maintenance visit too perhaps, log book is about full up (we chose not to sign) and cache is not attached. Thanks for the cache.

Another one of those urban caches where stealth is just impossible. Thankfully the rain helped me out here, with no folks walking along the foreshore, and cars too busy watching out for other cars. After a quick signing the cache was back in place, though the wire ring has pretty much perished and needs replacing before it dissolves completely!
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache,
best wishes,
Wal
