We are archiving this until we can get to it for confirmation/repair/replacement. Hope that if anyone is in the area they can check it out for us. It has been a long time since we visited so there may have been some cache crawl. Thanks
Tried and failed.
When I was about 50m away from the GZ, my phone shut down due to flat battery.
Anyway, I tried the possible places, considering the difficulty and terrain rating, but no cache spotted.
The cache should be still there, but I ran out of luck and time.
Will try again next time.
Thanks anyway.

Scrambled around for a while and after seeing a fake snake clue/deterrent which I was too big to get to and short of time had to leave it until another day
Might be a while before we get back to this one, so if anyone has the ability to give the cache and log a bit of a birthday, that would be great!
Satellite was all over the place, but I think we were in the right place due to a rubber nope rope looming threateningly. My knees said no, so I sent the kids in, but no luck.
Checked this one after spending time at the little market. From the first direction impossible but easy peasy when tackled from the correct one. TFTC
Today, gridge98 and I had planned to attend the scheduled McLaren Vale CITO, and then continue heading south targeting some high terrain/difficulty geocaches hidden along the coast and within the cliffs. We headed all the way down to Rapid Bay, and then proceeded to stop at Second Valley, then Normanville/Carrickalinga, and finally making a quick stop into Aldinga. We got very lucky with great cool-ish weather, and perfect sea conditions with flat seas and low tide to scramble over any required rocks.
We saw that a few past finders had trouble with this one, but it was of an old age, so a nice 10/2006 hidden oldie to have found. gridge98 and I gave a cap of five minutes to search for this one, and it was hidden tucked away, but we did find it within this cap, thankfully. The cache container was fine, but the logbook was pretty much full, as we needed to stamp over some other names on one of the pages. A CO visit may be required here. Thanks emeryco for the cache placement.

Made the short stop by here and after the search the cache was found in a sneaky location but the log book is full.
Today Davidwazza and I planned to head down to rapid bay and make our way along the cliffs finding some high terrain Zythern puzzles along with the odd trad and oldie along the way cleaning it up. With the tide way out and the weather being perfect it was a great day out to find 27 caches.
Thanks for the cache.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
After our house sit in Willunga, we are on the road again, filling in time before we go to Kangaroo Island on 1 Nov. Not many days left now, so back on the road again and camped at Rapid Bay while we wait for the ferry. Today a drive to Normanville and Yankalilla for supplies and dump point - etc....
Found this cache 8 metres out after a good search at GZ. Thanks emeryco

Took a bit of searching but eventually stumbled upon this tricky one. TFTC JenneG and Budgy. NSW
Found after a quick hint from some friendly catchers passing by on their walk. Unfortunately forgot our pen so couldn't sign the log. Tftc
After a good chat after being sprung by some other geocachers we retrieved the geocache although with no pen with us and no pen in the cache we were unable to log. TFTC
Out for a holiday with some family, found it with them, in the middle of some rain... found with Pringle boy
TFTC great area, picked some almonds & figs that were growing on the side of the road. Nearly lost 1A during the process (he slipped down a creek bed)
We are staying at Victor Harbor and today we decided to head towards Rapid Bay to check out the area and also to find a few caches. All caches were in good order and we had a great day. SL TFTC
Went for a drive with my geopooch, checking out my new neighbourhood. So many geocaches so didn't even try to grab them all. Always good to leave a few for another day.
Quick find.
Thanks to emeryco from mogni

Master 12 dug this one up when the rest of us were giving up (not 'dug' literally )
Adelaide Trip 2017-2018. After Christmas I headed back to Adelaide for a family visit. Day 5. Today was a chance to get a dive in at Rapid Bay. A few caches collected on the drive down and back. After the dive and a great lunch I stopped here before going home.
Thanks.

We picked this one up on the way home from CApe Jervis nicely hidden. We will come back another time to have lunch at the Mill it looks really cool!! TFTC
I was looking in the wrong spot initially but once I found it I was pumped. Heading into a gorgeous location. Thanks
Found while out and about while camped at Deep Creek. Enjoying beautiful weather and lovely scenery. Tftc
Quick find on our tour along the coast Beautiful area Thanks for adding to the journey
Quick and easy find on our Sunday drive. We found space in the log book just fine. TFTC
Found it. The grass is fairly overgrown but thanks for the hint. Off to the beach now.
Hubby just advised that this needs a new log book. The one in there is totally full.
Pretty overgrown location so if its an old one, might not be accessible anymore.
Was a little hard to find as location kept changing... this has obviously been here a long time! Fun find all the same
Found while in the area picking up my daughter from a friends place. Took a little while to find as my phone was putting me about 5 metres away. TFTC
We are in South Australia for a one week holiday at the Lady Bay Resort at the golf club near Normanville. Day 4 - a day closer to 'home' - south to Cape Jervis and a bit more.
Took too long here, as the coords kept bouncing all over the place. We even tried searching near the "bubbling brook" (Now that was interesting!). Eventually went back to the first spot the GPSr took us, and ouch! Watch those rosy thorns. Cache needs a new container and log book, Mr CO.
Now down to the bay (but no time for fishing!)
Log signed & replaced again. Found at 11.30am on 28th November, 2016. TFTC

Expected it to take longer to find, but lucky today- straight to it! Met the nicest guy (Gregory, from the caravan park and take away, just down the road from GZ) who not only makes the best hot chips, but is one of the nicest, friendliest person we have met on our trip to SA. And that's saying something, because we have met a lot of wonderful locals!! Tftc!!!
