Today out and about on 302 of 366 days to get my daily cacher Dimond. Using my Garmin Etrex 22X, Garmin Montana 700 and MacBook Air!Thanks for the cacheTFTC
Tftc! Great find, thanks to the last person too. I was on the way to the city with not a cent to my name and now I can grab some lunch
That is so cool! Right under our noses teeeheee! The next person who finds it is in for a treat
Im in Adelaide for a work trip and decided to grab a couple while out and about. Many thanks to Team Ermalesh for placing and maintaining Beehive. I found it, I signed it, and put it back as found.
Thanks for the cage this one was a very fun find! Just letting you know the log book is very full and needs to be replaced
Across the road from the last cache and these intriguing domes were the target (and the cache of course), After over-checking the cabinets I widened my search area, and opened my eyes, and the cache was soon sighted, signed and replaced. Might need a fresh blank log sometime soon.Phew, what a scorcher as they say. The heat has been steadily building through the week and today was the first day that it hit 40 degrees for me whilst out caching, yay, another first. I had a late morning meeting I needed to be ready for but managed to find time for a quick 4A out to Semaphore area for a look-see before the catch-up. After that I headed into 'the city' for a few more, but the heat was too much so grand plans were amended downwards and modest finds ensued. Thanks to all COs for their hides etc, much appreciated.
Really enjoyed the sculptures! Thats some nice masonry work right there. After we found the cache I hunted around for some kind of info board that would explain their purpose. We did find it, and pic is attached. Signed as the SADDLE club for Shazzar66, AtTheLakeHouse, Duppers Delightful Leap Excursion - or something like that!
Last day in Adelaide. Received an early morning flight postponement which meant I could spend more time caching, an extra 5 hours to be exact. For the remaining BOLD circus troupe, numbers got smaller as the day went on until just Ardom and I were left to hold up the airport bar. Our timing at the airport was off, only catching the last 5 minutes of NRL games being telecast from Las Vegas. But the beer we had was cold.Officially we were now killing time, collecting a few more caches before having to return to the airport one last time. This cache was picked up on our way to an old puzzle solved before leaving Brissy. No large bees were spotted in the retrieval of this cache. Thanks Team Ermalesh et all for keeping this cache active.
I'm still not sure what is going on here, but definitely interesting location! TFTC.
It was AtTheLakeHouse who had this cache on her list for our Adelaide "Great Leap Forward Event" list. I'm still not sure why, but it was an interesting spot...maybe that's why. Shazzar66, ATLH & I had a well-curated list of caches to find in a very limited timeframe. Oldies, good or needed D/T's, Challenge Caches, Webcams (of course), caches with high favourite points, and other's that we happened by as long as we had time.Arriving at GZ, there were several different places to look for a cache, but it was found after a short duration. Log signed, we headed off to our next caching adventure. Thanks, Team Ermalesh, for the cache in this interesting location.
In Adelaide for The Great Leap Forward (Mega-Event)I found your cache, Beehive today. This is my 2883 find.Having a girlie trip with Duppers and At The Lake House. Signed as Saddle club to save room in the logbook.Team Ermalesh, TFTC, TFTH & TFTSF
Cache # 11007 on 29 Feb 2024Mega time! This is my first mega in South Australia so am very excited to have made it here from the ACT. Arrived Wednesday by plane and leaving Adelaide on Saturday for a road trip back to the ACT. Travelling mostly with Fox in Jox, TikvaNZ and ZQX, but also with others intermittently. Looking forward to grabbing a wide variety of caches while here! Today was the main course, with lots of different types of caches, DTs, old caches and attending the Mega of course. Finished with the dinner event at the mega site. A fun day overall despite sore feet towards the end. Grabbed this one as we were parked near by. Saw some interesting sculptures nearby. Thank you Team Ermalesh for the cache and the fun!
In SA for the Great Leap Forward with AngelG, TikvaNZ and ZQX. Today, being Leap Day, we attended the Mega and collected lots of caches in and around the city.Quick collect on our way back for dinner. TFTC
Here was thinking I was about to embark on an epic crusade of unravelling a bee-hive.Coordinates are spot on. Log is really ratty.Walking around Adelaide picking off caches here and there on the way to an evening event.Team Ermalesh, I found Beehive today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.* * * * * * *SAs Leap Year Event - GCA1DNA - keep the date free - 29th February 2024. Keep looking up!
Found it. it was after so many time passing front of it and didnt notice
Thanks Team Ermalesh for hiding this cache and giving us some fun chasing it down This was find number 930 for us
These sculptures remind me of the buildings from *Where the Wild Things Are.* It was nice to make a find after not having time to cache for a few weeks. Do I have an essay due literally yesterday? Yes.Did I decide to go caching anyway? Yes. Do I have my priorities straight?? Well, Ill let you be the judge of that.
In town for a few days, figured Id explore the city while caching. This was a quick grab as I scootered around. TFTC!
I seen this cache up the road from where I’ve ridden my bike today so decided to continue on to make the find. I’ve driven past here many time and looked at the domed rock displays so enjoyed walking around them today for a closer inspection.

Out and about again, nice and early leaving as stragglers were leaving establishments in a bad state. Made a few finds and a few I stopped looking after 10 minutes (5 passed on) as time was at a premium and wanting to grab as much as possible.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Found as I wandered through the parklands on the way to the athletics track. Log does need some attention - it has been turned into scrunched up balls of paper. The beehives are fascinating
Thanks for the cache. I was driving near, realised there was parking nearby, so stopped. A quick find. Log jammed in. Had to ease it out carefully to sign. Out with making pie.
A quick find while out with pie_mom. We were driving nearby and noticed parking so took the opportunity to make this a smiley.

A cute little decor friend on this one! It made me smile! Luckily for the previous hints as I had passed it several times! Then it appeared right next to me! TFTC
I was out for a nice evening stroll and came by this geocache. I walked past the cache a few times before I finally spotted it.
Wow what a great weekend I just had; a very nice weekend trip to Adelaide with the family and I got to meet a few cachers as well. Absolutely enjoyed Adelaide, the walk around town, the people, the laid-back environment, the layout of the area, the friendly cachers and the great caches too.
Day three and we have a planned trip to the hills and surrounding areas booked in, but I still have a couple of hours to get some targets before we leave. With the scooters outside the door, I made the most of it and raced off for a few finds in the area.
This was the first and an easy find here. With the log signed and cache replaced as found, I was then off to grab another in the area. Thanks for placing it here and the continuing maintenance.
