Cuuuute doggy! Like so many other geocaching things, I have been past and into the QVB and surrounds SO many times, but never had too close a look at this dog and monument. I was quite amazed to see what the 'item' is that you touch before making a wish! I didn't kiss it though Answers sent to CO's GC.com account, although I'm not sure if the CO still caches...
