My favourite legal graffiti was done in a tunnel under High Street in Shepparton, originally a dreadful place where all sort of undesirable people convened there.
It was taken in hand by the Department of Justice and Graffiti Prevention to make a legal mural which is now a delight to walk through. I enclose a copy of the plaque and a sample of the now legal graffiti to be found there,
