Smile indeed. Around Caroline Springs lake there are a lot cameras on poles being run as a "monitoring exercise" to try and minimise any undue troubles. Thew problem is that I have never, ever, seen any troubles around the lake which does imply that these are being used for monitoring of "other reasons". Or maybe I'm just paranoid
