The Back Creek Bore near Jericho in Central Queensland claims to be the first Artesian Water in Australia - struck on the Great Artesian Basin in early 1886. Visited this site to claim a GC cache and was delighted to find this sign. I think it is fitting that Doodle Bug Oz should claim a smiley for a water devining process!
