Not one, but two (little) birds sitting on a lamp pole.....

Spotted them as I was walking along a pathway in the Tuggeranong Town Park here in Canberra....even in the heat that we have today.

Next photo.....as a bit of recognition for our volunteer fire fighters, a photo of a volunteer in uniform. No, NOT actually fighting a fire, just in uniform before going off to a job, or next to their fire appliance or even just at his / her depot.

The person can be yourself, your partner or just someone you know who volunteers to give up their time to help others....... If you can add a short story of their experience, that would good as well.

Lets see how we go....
