21-May-14
I've moved away so I can no longer maintain these geocaches. Thanks for the fun!

18-Feb-14
I will come sort this out soon.

01-Jan-14
Found this one unintentionally yesterday while out walking the peppermint trail with some friends that were visiting from sydney. It wasnt in my plan to go geocaching that day but one of them spotted it and we had a look. Lo and behold, a geocache! TNLN SL. thanks for the unexpected surprise

29-Dec-13
Thanks to those who logged a DNF. I replaced the container today and the cache should be good to go.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused
-Shoobees

Replaced the container with a micro and moved it to a slightly different spot about a metre away from original position.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

28-Dec-13
I will check this one and replace if necessary.

I will check this one soon

22-Dec-13
The Shoobees sting again! Thanks for the cache

Quick and easy find, didn't end up needing forceps but I brought them anyway. Thanks fore!

Seen a few of these containers before so not too much of a challenge. The geokid had fun playing on the equipment. Thanks for bringing us here.

Clever hide! Tftc.

Interestingly, we found a similar cache earlier today and geohubby remarked that he will never look at those boxes the same way again. Log was full but we squeezed our name on there. Thanks gecko.

Love these ammo containers. Thanks for the stroll.

Felt conspicuous out in the open but the cache was quickly found by the geokid but log extraction required tweezers. Tftc.

Geohubby found this one as he is much taller than me. Tftc and the smell of hot chips.

17-Dec-13
set out on a warm day to find some puzzle caches after solving them in the morning. The cache was a bit hard to open but we loved the ammo can. Tftc.

I guess our chess skills are up to scratch. Cache was a little damp but otherwise in good condition. TNLN SL. Thanks!

16-Dec-13
Spent too long looking at the tree and got bitten by ants. Besides that it was a nice walk.

Got to waypoint 6 but couldn't find the next washer. I might return another time.

Found it after a nice stroll with dopamel and shinydragon. The rock pile is huge!

Thanks Shinydragon for solving this one. Cache was quick and easy to find. Thanks.

15-Dec-13
Found two nails embedded in the tree at gz but no spiders, not even real ones. Oh well. I will return another time

Clever hide. Geokid left some beads to "share happiness with the world". Tftc.

Quick park and grab with the Shoobees family. Tftc.

Quick find while the geokid had a play. For some reason I feel like I have been here before

After a previous dnf I am happy to say we got this one. Love the container, fit right in.

13-Dec-13
Followed a dry water channel and got to gz without incident from the path. Cache was sitting out in the open so I put it back in the log and covered it as best I could. Thanks sol de lune.

Deceptively obvious. I thought the container was a bit of rubbish that looked like it belonged. Good hide!

11-Dec-13
See you there tonight

Found after geocaching event.

Found after the 9:10 11/12/13 event! Fun meeting new people and having a trample through the bush. Thanks for the cache!

06-Dec-13
Tried this one a few times before and we finally found it! Don't know how we missed it the first time

For some reason the nearby tree was fly infested. Thanks for the cache!

02-Dec-13
I have confirmed that the syringes have now been removed and the cache is back in business!

20-Nov-13
I've notified Canberra Connect and a ranger will come around to remove the syringes sometime soon. Once I get confirmation that everything is good I will re-enable the cache. I just didn't want anyone to get hurt accidentally.

Thanks for your continued patience,
Shoobees

09-Nov-13
I am temporarily disabling this cache as a few have noted that there are syringes nearby. The cache is still in place and I will enable it again once the syringes have been located and disposed of properly.

Thanks for your patience,
Shoobees.

07-Nov-13
I once had a virtual boy, it gave me horrible headaches, and I admit that there was only so much Mario tennis one could play. This cache was easy to get to with a boost and some monkey magic. Coming down was harder and I got two scrapes and a ripped shirt. It was worth it though. Thanks for the cache.

Not for the vertically challenged, especially if you have short arms. Geohubby made the grab!
Also saw a small cartoon inside the log courtesy of my friend dopamel.

19-Oct-13
Geokid found this one while we were reading the sign. People could be locked up for the furious rising of horses...I guess hoons existed even in the 1860s.

Log may need replacing soon. Thanks for the cache and the history lesson.

Followed a cachers trail through the high grass for an easy find. thanks
