Logs for blueflash

17-May-13
Lid of cache broken, needs waterproofing (it was actually raining quite heavily at Uluru on our visit!!)

16-May-13
Took the wrong clue from the title of the log and initially went to the wrong location, a short walk further corrected the problem! TFTC

12-May-13
Logged this one on the way from Uluru to Kings Canyon. TFTC

11-May-13
Fist of the three caches that we logged at Ululuru, wasn't sure whether I was supposed to go onto the dunes but bit the bullet and found the cache. TFTC (The lid of the cache has disintegrated and will now let in water, did not have a plastic bag with me to improve the situation)

The last cache we found on our visit to Uluru. TFTC

Second of the three caches we located at Uluru on our visit, hot and lots of flies!!!TFTC

30-Apr-13
My penultimate cache of a successful day's caching in Mildura, TFTC

A fine location for a Cache, started off on the wrong side of the maintenance shed but soon rectified this. TFTC

Arrived at just the wrong time for this one, just before the first steamer left for the day and that was soon followed by the second steamer so the place was awash with muggles. Left it and came back later and found it where I was expecting to find it. TFTC

A cunning cache located by Mrs Blueflash, lovely location, TFTC

Our first of a successful day of caching in Mildura, cunning camo, TFTC

25-Apr-13
As everything was closed for ANZAC day decided to do a bit of geocaching and found this one fairly easily (it was just sitting out in the open) have replaced it where it should have been! TFTC

23-Apr-13
An easy St George's Day find even whilst being watched by HUNDRED's of Flying Foxes hanging from the trees, it seemed like a scene from the film 'The Birds'!! TFTC

13-Apr-13
An easy find on our first day in Melbourne although we were a bit jetlagged! TFTC

04-Dec-10
This is one of the few caches that did actually make me jump! I thought I had disturbed something, an encouragement to read the detail in the directions next time. It was a hot day when I visited and I must say that I probably made a bit of an odd sight popping up in the graveyard in the clothes that I was wearing trying to look incongruous.TFTC

03-Dec-10
Cunningly positioned but I'm glad that I had Mrs Blueflash with me at the time since my hands were too big to reach the cache! TFTC

My second cache whilst staying in Oamaru (and viewing the Penguins!) nice location and a good hide.TFTC

A cunningly hidden cache found on a November tour of New Zealand, TFTC

25-Nov-05
found this one at the second attempt as on the previous evening the light went and there was no chance of finding it. Very interesting location with the steam rising all around, much the same as the rest of Rotorua!! I didn't notice Travelling Trupial TB in the cache, what does she look like?

19-Nov-05
An easy find although the hole into which the cache fits is becoming REALLY tight!!!. Just beaten to the cache by MTK (or something similar) and he took the Hippo travelbug. I will have to find another to accompany me back home to the UK to enjoy a British winter!! Good cache at an unexpected location

Nice easy find though almost got run down by Mountain Bikers blasting down the forest tracks!! My first find in New Zealand although I've been here for 10 days already!!
Dropped off Wellington or Bust TB so someone else can help it on its way back to Denmark. Picked up Amelia Bearheart TB and will be giving her a lift back to the UK (following the footsteps of her namesake!!) nice cache, thanks for this one.
