Found on spring break. Great time - go early! We flew into Cancun and then quickly headed towards more calm in tulum. Off to Coba next. 

Found yesterday after our trip to Harry Potter world. What an interesting geocache! Why is it hidden so far in the back of the place?! Seems like a bit of a waste - most people will never see it- what a shame.

Easy find as we left our nearby hotel. Interesting views. We can't believe that the one lane bridge hasn't been replaced yet! 

One of our last caches in New Zealand. We didn't want to leave! Tftc and the quick walk around the lake. We didn't do the whole thing, just a bit of it! 

This place is gross. Too many people using the area as a restroom. We didn't find it. I was too grossed out to stay long!

This one had us circling for awhile. Didn't help that there were many curious muggles about. Oh well, we finally found it...and then saw a kitty run into the park...guess no doggies means kitties have the run of the place! 

Easy find after some nearby bungee jumping and wine tasting! Enjoyed walking around this town and eating nearby! 

Easy find on the way out of town. We knew where it was based on the hint but couldn't find it until we had the gps in hand. Not sure about our geocaching skills but hey we found it at least!

Stopped at the food truck nearby and we enjoyed a quick walk...and meeting thr mccones! 

Found this back in April - Great cache! We really enjoyed the view, the learning and nearby Jelly Bean Man!

Final one on the way back to Te Anau. Tftc. Quick find. Not too many people in this area. We enjoyed the quiet area. 

This one took a bit longer than it should have. Surprise!

Nice cache! We liked this one. Easy walk around the area. In the rain of course!

Found this morning before our flight to Queenstown but after we got the all important New Zealand mug from Starbucks...yep, I'm a collector! Flash9 thinks I'm crazy but oh well! We walked to where the gps was pointing but based on what I read, I took a seat nearby and wouldn't you know it, had the cache in hand! Flash9 helped by playing muggle cover since muggles love to smoke and watch what people are doing nearby! 

Easy find as we arrived on the South Island. I think I just got lucky as I walked up to it. Thanks for the quick cache! 

Sort of quick find in the Queenstown area after a lunch-dinner at Fergburger. Thanks for the hunt cause this did take us a few minutes!

Tough climb but we made it. We took a quick break and ate snacks right near here. We really enjoyed the chance to get a cache and take a break! Good times were had by all! And this was my 1,000th cache! What a great day to achieve that milestone! 

Found yesterday along the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. We had a great day even as terrible as the weather was on top! We were bummed but you know what - we will be back soon! We've already decided we will come on back as we loved the area and the crossing. Tough hike and we need to be in better shape but we will be back!

Found on the way down. Good times had by all. This one had us searching for forever! Much harder than we thought it would be...but we eventually found it. Flash9 made the find after 30 minutes of searching fruitlessly in the wrong areas! Of course there were muggles nearby at that point so we had to be very very stealthy. 

Found on the way back to the car after a very long day. We will be back. 

Found on the way to the summit. What a smoker. Thanks for all of the caches here. We really appreciated the breaks! 

First one of the day. And we were pretty happy to find it since we were a bit sad about the first two (one we picked up when we got back to the car park and the other, we DNF.) this one did take a bit of stealth and we ended up seeing another American right next to the cache. He asked us if we were American (because of my rei backpack) and we ended up chatting with him for a while!

All right, long lines so we sort of poked around. When the place cleared out, we had a better look but didn't find it. Might have seen a plastic tip floating around but honestly, neither flash9 nor I was going to put our hands there to see if we could grab it. We talked to another cacher and she said the same thing...so this one might need some maintenance. (At least it's not up top of the crossing!) 

Found this one during a much needed break. Guess I should workout a bit more. Oh well, I'm calling it a break! We did see two other cachers and they came and signed the log as well. Also confirmed that they had not found the one at the hut! 

Walked over to this one from the station junction. Easy find. Little bit of bushwalking but not much! We found two others in the area after this. What a full day of caching it was for us! 

Ok, after taking our bikes home, we got the car and headed into Ohakune for a lunch of eggs Benedict. What can I say, flash9 loves his eggs Benedict! So we got to where this one was and I couldn't find it. Flash9 of course heads over and pulls it right out. Maybe it was the spiders that scared me away. Oh well, go me! 

Man this one really had is turning in circles. We probably searched for almost 30 minutes! Glad we found it finally. Also found a flock of sheep nearby - not sure where they were from but they did give us a good scare. Tftc 

I think this was our fifth cache of the day. I'll be honest, this one was Frustrating. I got the hint and still had to look and look and look. We felt a little silly as it shouldn't have been this hard. Oh well. It was a good break from our bike back to the B&B. 

2nd find of the day. We enjoyed the history lesson along the way. We turned around after this point - mostly to avoid the rain. But then it didn't rain and we felt a little silly. Oh well, we enjoyed the ride regardless and the cache of course! 

Cold and windy. And starting to rain by the time we found this one! Use the hint, it makes it much easier! We enjoyed the drive up to this area but didn't go up any further. 

Yep, as we approached this cache, a sheep baa-Ed and ran off....into the smash palace. We saw a lot of sheep but I was a little surprised to see one in the fenced off area. Easy find from outside of the smash palace ... This place rocks! 

All right, so today we were supposed to do the Alpine Crossing. Bad weather prevented us from doing it so we borrowed some bikes and went for a ride...geocaching along the way! Easy find by flash9 while I took lots of pictures! Flash9 rolled his eyes every time I took pictures...oh well, it's vacation! 

Fourth find of the day. We finished the old coach road and grabbed the nearby caches. Easy find even without the hint. Tftc- did not find any Trackables in the cache though! 

Quick find en route to one of the best B&Bs in the area! Tftc. We enjoyed the walk to the area as well as the history lesson. 

Saw this location on the way to Waitomo Caves but didn't stop. So we drove back later and checked it out. Random car sitting right by the cache site so we had to wait them out and read the plaque...a few times. Made the find but couldn't (or didn't want to!) reach for it so I called in flash9 to assist! Pretty easy find with the hint! Good day in the area and lots of fun to be had underground. Tftc 

Well we took the upper route here. Don't. Go towards the pond. Pretty easy find with the hint after the walk to the other nearby cache. Nice area but it was getting a little buggy so we heard out afterwards.
