Archived, i wont be replacing this one... Looks like the camera has taken its toll, I checked tonight, definately gone.

Hmmm. Ever get the feeling that you're being watched? I had a glance around the area between a constant stream of muggles. GPS was really no help, it had no idea where GZ was. Next trip perhaps!

28-Jan-06
Found at closing time which made it a bit tricky.
Great hiding spot.

Finally got it after driving past so many times. Usually we're in a hurry to get somewhere or so tired we want to go straight home.

Cache is alive and well and it was duly logged and replaced.

Thanks Swampgecko

After working out that you need more than one sat to get an EPE less than 12 kilometers, a quick search revealed the cache.

What else can you do if you happen to be Gardening with the Odlids? The GPSr wanted me to look on the west side of the next mountain along with an EPE of 12.6km, but fortunately I was with the master and the Force was strong.

Our first log of a GCA cache!

Took me a little while and I was very conscious of the surveilance camera. The GPS kept putting me 10 meters inside the gate but I knew it had to be somewhere accessable. After a couple of goes I was about to give up when Nads went and check it was still there. Finally I found it and made my log.

I nice stop. I just wished I had the time to enjoy the gardens but with 'Division Bell' calling I put the Gondwana park on the 'to do with the family list'.

The Bronze.

25-Sep-04
Found it on our last full day down under after spending quite a bit of time in the gardens. This was the end of a birding adventure and I was pleased to find a cooperative and photogenic Bassian Thrush on the garden's Gondwana trail. I left a couple US state quarters in the cache.

We found this when we were returning to Adelaide from France via Orange (as one does). Onl just realised that I hadn't logged it and it is now May. Thanks for the diversion Swampy.

20-Jan-04
All caches should be this easy. Turn up behind three other teams to find them logging it on the bonnet of the car.

After this is was on to the Fruit Bowl for a well earned ice block after the Collosal Claustral Canyoning Event.

17-Jan-04
Well.. again the hard work was done by someone else but I dont mind putting my mark down... I provided encouragement Smile . It was a great day

17-Jan-04
This was even easier than a walk in the park! After leaving the Cluastral Caonyon carpark we arrived at GZ to find the the cache had already been retieved by the SES Rats. Made my mark on the log and headed home. A long, but great day in the mountains.

We came, found, signed and emailed. The cache is conquered.

After discussions with Swampgecko I was able to prove that my visit was legit. I have therefore been given permission to log the find. A thousand thanks to the Great Man for his understanding.

24-Dec-03
Found it easily but only had co-ords. Logged the find as usual. As I didn't have a Cache sheet with me I didn't know about having to note the misspelt word until coming home and logging the find on the cache page. D'oh!!!!!! At least I know where it is for next time.

13-Dec-03
Found this one on the way up to Newnes Plateau for a weekend of caching & maintenance. No need to e-mail my verification as Swampy was standing less than 20 metres away when I found it...Smile

Good one Swampy

23-Nov-03
Well we got there at about 9:40 along with another car then they had to wait till 10 for the place to open so we waited to. Eventually they went inside and found it and logged it.
Thanx Swampgecko

21-Nov-03
Arrive to find the place well and truly "Shrouded in Mist" Hey sounds like a good name for a cache. Didn't stick around today, the weather was too miserable. Good idea Swampy.

16-Nov-03
Quick stop on the way up to do a canyon. Found the cache and survived another canyon trip so a good day was had by all.

04-Oct-03
Popped in on the way to Lake Lyall...had to dodge that security cam!
