Found myself a safe place to ride out some of the Sydney lockdown blues. I’ll head home soon. Tftc.

I was on my way to Wagga, with JohnoMawbs today and I decided on finding a couple of caches along the way. This was the second of the two caches and it was a quick park and grab. Even though it was a P&G, there was some extra camo hiding this already well hidden cache (coordinates are about +-5m out). Also while signing the logbook, I found out I was standing in an ants nest. NOT FUN. Then it was returned to its hiding spot for the next finder. TFTC... I guess
I went to Wagga today to watch the movie 'Overcomer' today. It was great. After watching it, I headed off to find some lunch which ended up being 'Red Rooster'. After this, I found myself with a little bit of spare time on my hands before I needed to head home and get ready for work. So, I decided on attempting this cache because I knew it had been found recently. After arriving, I soon had discovered the caches hiding spot and after scaring the spider away I had the CIH. It was soon signed and replaced ready for the next finder. I remember back many years ago when I used to listen to '1152 Radio' and how times change. This is because I now use a USB to play music that I know I will enjoy instead of the radio. TFTC, Rescue-201
With no find since March 2017 we weren't very hopeful here but Mr Beetle uncovered this one while I was still walking around with the GPS getting some coordinates.
I suspect that this one has been wet at some stage as the contents are a bit dirty and daggy but they were quite dry.
Needed the wet ones to clean our hands after this one.
Thanks.

DNF for me. I searched but couldn't find it. I also tried the suggested alternative coordinates. Some bushes have been cut down near the latter.
On a day trip around the area and were passing this spot. Didn't know how long it was since the previous find but it was very well hidden, almost to the point of buried! Wasn't exactly where the co-ordinates said but a bit further Wagga way guarded by a whole heap of spiders strung between the bushes. TFTC Rescue-201.

#GA1349 - 11:15; Out on a caching mission with Sol de lune and fitzy_1965 in the Riverina. The major target for the day was a new power trail to the north of here, but we stopped for a few trigs and other GCA caches on our way through. Parked the geomobile in the appropriate spot and the name of the cache became apparent, then we started the hunt. After checking a few possibilities, the cache was soon found and the log signed. A day trip to Wagga with a LuckyL10n and fitzy_1965 to head along the new power trail, but before that we hit up a few other caches. Parked in the driveway and started the search. Took a few minutes but the cache was soon spotted and our names were in the logbook. Cool name once you see GZ.....

Interesting building. Took me a while to locate the cache because of the co-ordinate issue. I only had the last ten logs so knew there was a problem but couldn't access the co-ordinates put up by If (for others in my position S35° 2.513' E147° 24.814'). Spreading the search area a bit soon had it in hand.

The next on the list and after broadening my search a little, this one showed up. It has been a while since its last visit.
Found on our way to Cootamundra on our short road trip on the big island. Found with the updated coordinates from an earlier log. Surprised it's been so long since the last find. TFTC
Black Bunny literally stumbled over this one, or we would never have found it!

Yep, updated Co-Ords are all good! Was a bit confused by the Survey Marker until I read the cache page. Cheers from Sydney!

Perth 10.1. After seeing the notes on logs since my Mega DNF, I came for another visit and sure enough at the extra co-ords, there was the cache. Thanks.

Second time we've tried this, nearly 2nd time DNF.
Last time the DNF was because the cache was sleeping with the fishes.
This time it was because the posted GZ co-ords lead straight to a survey marker, as many before us have commented. Sadly, the cache is not even remotely close.
Any chance the list co-ords can be updated, not just added to the log?
Also, the said Sistema container listed as the cache is the OLD cache container. This needs updating as well.

The cache or at least its replacement has been found so no need to archive.
Luckily I hadn't read all the previous logs, or I might not have bothered stopping. But I did, and had almost given up the search at my indicated GZ (which was right at the survery marker) when I decided to look a little further afield. The cache is in good condition, though it has been wet at some stage, and hidden in the usual fashion. It is certainly just within the +/- 4m error of my GPSr. Maybe the radio mast contributes to interference in the signal? Anyhow, thanks for the cache Rescue-201
PS. I didn't tune in, as I was travelling solo having left the rest of the team in Wagga Wagga, and was enjoying the solitude and silence - I don't always like or agree with their choice of music!
PPS. Reading further down the cache log, I guess I have found IF's replacement cache, those coordinates would probably be spot on.

last log was a long time ago saying this had met it's demise - I assume that means it should be fixed or archived?

Unfortunately this cache seems to have met its demise... There weren't many hiding spots, and the remains of a Sistema container were the only traces I could find amongst the rubbish...
After a bit of a search, I noticed some bits in the open. It turned out to be the cache, but not in its original form.
Forgot to log this one after I found it. Didn't have my gpsr but found the cache straight away. I like to tune in when in the area. TFTC

Found with "if's" new co-ordinates.Never seen any workers here ever in the last 30 years.Cache is good and away from the traffic stoppers. Thanks to Rescue-201.TNLN.
Driving past 1152 on my way through it's coverage area.
I had to stop to admire the 'art deco' building that adorns the site.
I soon found the caches hiding spot surrounded by some bricks and rocks, but there was only half the bottom of the cache and the log book sitting there !!
As I strolled back to the car to fill out the log book I noticed the remains of the lid under the back wheel of the geomobile
As I looked around I found other bits and pieces that had obviously been swaps in the cache.
Not to worry !! I collected everything together, put the log book in a new plastic bag and dug out one of my 'emergency' cache containers from the back of the car to house the stuff.
The cache is now sitting about 12 feet away from it's original spot, but still close to the gate and fence, with a suitable bit of the local junk for camoflague.
TFTC.
