Description

This cache is to replace the original Breengudgie that was hidden over at Blacktown.

This time it is a little different though, as it will be a moveable cache and it is entirely up to you whether you move it or not, but if you do move it please take careful notice of how it is hidden and try to hide it the same.

You can claim it over and over again, as long as it's in a new location each time you find it.

This is a log only cache but it's not really a micro.

How to Log a Moveable Cache.

First Step: Log your find with a 'Found' log (this will give you your smiley!)

Second Step: When you have moved the cache log a NEW 'Moved' log, adding the new co-ordinates and even a hint in the hint box if you wish. The hints box will update the main hint for the cache so that it will update in GSAK and the like.

This has been gone for so long with no sign of it ever re-appearing. Can the admins please archive it so it doesn't keep showing up. I'm about to delete it on GSAK and stop it being reloaded.

20-Dec-10
Stupid me went looking for this without checking the logs!?!

Can we do something about this one?

02-Dec-10
Been watching for over a year for this fellow to reappear - any chance of it being soon?

11-Jan-10
SUBYDAZZ are you going to release the poor little fellow?

13-Nov-09
I will re-release Breengudgie soon, there has been little interest lately so I hadn't found a spot for him yet. He is not in the listed location currently.

12-Nov-09
Has it been moved or is it still there? I'm waiting to pounce. Wink

Breengudgie is on the move...Not many visited him at his last location so time to move on.

Stay tuned for new co-ordinates.

Couldn't find it, despite getting clingy plant things all over my pants! Was most disappointed.

Breengudgie is in transit after making a find (assisted by the hider) at 12:39pm. We could have been looking for ages! Smile Great to meet up with AlienRiders too.

Very well hidden and blended in with the foliage, even from less than a metre away, still couldn't see it, but some help from Wandering Wilkos managed to secure the find.

The log has been replaced and with the help from a nice bottle of red and a file the log container has been made a little more water proof. It’s a pretty easy find in the city with a nice view, close by another GA, come and get him quick. Who knows you could get lucky and grab a second Cache while your here.

I had attempted to find this Cache over a year ago without success and when one of the Geoboys had a Rugby game here this morning of course I had to have another shot. When I got to GZ most of the nearby vegetation had recently been removed and I was a bit concerned. Had a look at all the same places I did last time when "Well I'll be, there you are". No idea why I missed him last time but he's mine now.

He had a bit of water in him and the log is destroyed, so I'll put in a new one and see if I can protect the log book a bit better. He should be back on the road shortly

After having received an email from another cacher who had searched high and low, thought we would go and check it out. We looked where I had put it..but it was not there..oh no...hang on...yes it was right where I left it...gave it an examination, tightened it and left it snug for the next cacher.

Located in a park...lots of little muggles but nowhere near the cache and only the occasional runner/walker, still be on the look out and ACT CASUAL!! Sorry I took so long to replace!!...but did this on a nice walk in my lunch hour!

Tronador did a really fantastic job hiding this cache. Mrs Nilbog had been very upset not to have found it when it was hidden at Parramatta Park when we went last time..but she let out a little squeal when we found it this time. We have taken it and will hide it somewhere soon.

Second time found in a different location. Maybe it's visiting an old lost relative from the past.

Located in an area full of history. The area is full of muggles but be careful not to disturb them. They won't give you any trouble, if you ignore them, while you conduct your search.
The cache is only accessable during daylight hours. Because of its camoflage it would be almost impossible to find in the dark.

Now I have a big smile on my face. I had a brainwave the other day as to what I was actually looking for. Off I went today armed with a few hints and a big hunch!
The GPS gods were not too kind as once again my GPS led me on a merry chase through the woods.
I had been over this ground for what seemd like a hundred times and even with my hints, still no cache. "No I will not give up, no I will not give up!"
Finally while I was turning my head, some thing caught my eye. And there it was larger than I thought it would be, in something smaller than I thought it would be.
This is one very clever cache, and full marks to you Oompas. This is a unique find, with the best camo job I've ever seen!
I thoroughly enjoyed being part of this little adventure and love the idea of a moveable cache. So to keep with the theme, I have moved this on to a new location, so that everyone who found Bigmickb's great location can now play again.

Clever hide with a different type of cache container which was well camouflaged.
Thanks The Oompas for the cache.

This is the second time I've tried to find this cache. Seeing its not far from home and thinking I had not looked at the right altitude last time I set off in search again. Having climbed nearly every tree in the area. The GPS was giving such erratic readings, so I searched within a good 20 meter radius. No luck and when my luck ran out as the branches snapped and I fell out of the last tree it was time to retreat with a big bruise on my calf.
There is just too much dense wood everywhere.
Any chance of checking the coords or providing a hint?

Mrs Nilbog was pretty disappointed, as I had found it before and it was her chance. We both looked at GZ and 30-40 metres around. We knew exactly what to look for but no luck...the area has well worn tracks and quite a bit of new rubbish, some dated in March this year. Could it be that its now been muggled since Jan? Not sure...but every possible site was checked and checked again. We wanted to help its itchy feet.

Thanks BigMick

Dropped in for a maintenance visit to check on the little fella. He's still there, although he's getting itchy feet now. He's looking forward to looking down upon the next visitor who comes along.

Went looking for this early afternoon but couldn't find a thing. Found a perfect place to hide a small cache but the hidy hole revealed nothing. GPS signals were a little erratic but nothing else obvious seemed to stand out except this one spot. An approaching thunderstorm saw me take off after a decent search.

He's back out there. Go free little fella!

Took about ten minutes of searching to locate this sneeky little bugger. Odd since I had a fair idea what I was looking for. On the move south soon!

Great cache that brought a smile to my face.
Last cache for the day so no movement from me.

It was muggle highway there this morning with people in white hats laying pipes in the nearby road but I managed to grab it from under their noses.

13-Aug-06
Breengudgie is now in a local strip of 'parkland'.
(No need for a clue)

Was out on Saturday morning with the girls doing some birthday shopping for Mrs Loon. Had some time to spare so we headed off for some of the new nearby caches. Got to within 10 metres of GZ when this head pops up and says "hello". Cachers instinct automatically kicks in so I step forward as ask "Are You Caching?" The head says "Maybe" and another voice in the bush says "What's Caching?". Turns out to be Shaggys and Cheeeeeese2001. Guys if you are going to play muggles whilst caching you should get your stories straight first (lol). Anyway with 5 of us now searching we looked for about 20mins before deciding it'd flown the coop. Always good to catch up with fellow cachers. Anyway on to The Steps...

I'll catch up with this one later. TFTH.

12-Aug-06
D'oh!!!

Still Shaggys and I had a good chat with the Ginger Loon who was also looking for it.

Of course, we denied all knowledge of caching at the start...

Hi, excellent spot for this one, although had a bit of difficulty. Bagged this one in the morning and just noticed that we beat two others to it!! Sorry 'bout that, but as they say, The early bird gets the bird!!! New location is as above. Good Luck, and TFTC

Had a go at this one with cheeeeeese2001, had been searching for about 5 minutes when we were joined by ginger loon and co. Searched for 20 minutes or so before we had to head off with our tails between our feet. Will keep an eye on this one to see if someone else beat us to it this morning or if we just did a real bad job of looking. Thanks for the adventure oompas

Drats! Tried to find, but had no luck. Even with chase'em turning up, still couldn't find it. Sad
