This cache looks like it's MIA so to stop it turning up in the search lists we'll archive it. If the owner can confirm it's in place they can reactive the listing by placing an unarchived log against the cache.

I needed to go to this spot because my cache had been muggled. I really think this one has gone too. I really had a good look but to no avail. Sad

Bummer....spent around 20 minutes but in the end had to admit defeat as I couldn't see it anywhere. There is plenty of growth from the trees that have sprung up around the area, so its probably there, just need to look a bit harder. Might try again on the way home again.

Thanks anyway Postman Pat....

398km from home.
Having just relocated all of the daughter’s furniture from Our Selection and where she was living in Brisbane down to Singleton and leaving Mrs RF with her for a week. I am flying solo in a furniture truck. Not the greatest or most inconspicuous geobuggy but transport between caches none the less.
On a timetable to get the truck back I thought the Bridge series would be a good way to break up the trip. However, finding that the caches weren’t the bridges on the main road and not always being able to find somewhere safe to park the truck plus the time it took me to find the caches meant I had to cut down on how many of these I did. Had to drop back to just getting enough code words to claim the “Bonus” cache. At least there will still be unfound caches when we go to visit the daughter…
Took me a while to get the track far enough off the highway before I attempted this cache, for anyone reading this park BEFORE the guardrail.
Read the description before I headed along the developing goetrail to this cache. Wish I had read the hint first, would have saved me a couple of steep climbs. These were however, well worth it as there are swallows nesting under the bridge and an information plaque on the side of the bridge that I wouldn’t have seen if I had read the hint up front.
After reading the hint it still took me quite some time to find the cache, I looked here, I looked there, I looked everywhere, more or less a case of not being able to see the forest for the trees, once I looked through the scrub, the cache was sitting in plain sight.
Grabbed the code word, left our tag, took nothing but memories and left nothing but footprints.

Hide, log and container are all in good nick.
Thanks for the cache Postman Pat.

After making our way vthrough the long grass we got to a point where there was a lot of shrubby growth. To our surprise, the shrubs were growing over the bridge. We scared outselves at one point as we tried to walk around the scrub - we unexpectedly came to the edge of the bridge with an 8m (approx) drop if we had taken another step. So, take great care when walking around this area. It took a few minutes of searching before the cache was located. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC Postman Pat.

Enjoyed this series and were the best caches of over 100 for the day. Great to see an ammo tin in a sea of micros too! Thanks Postman Pat.

406. Another excellent cache in this series. The drawback on this one was that my feet got wet and stayed that way all day due to the rain and long grass interaction.

Another interesting old bridge. I hope they don't let them all totally disintegrate and crumble.

Toowoomba 10.3. A bit of long grass to cross to get to this one, bit no problems in the end. Thanks.

I just had to go back and find this cache after missing it last night. I found the way to the cache much easier than the night before and found the cache soon after.

Thanks.

This is a DNF I won't forget in a hurry. We were only 30 meters from GZ but couldn't see a safe way forward (it was just down from here). Anyway Pesky was about 5 meters away from me and as I made my way towards him the conversation was as follows.

Pesky: Just watch your ste...
Me: Argh, ooh, ouch...

as I tumbled down over a couple of rocks.

No real harm done but we gave up on the cache for the night.

Find number 10 today - 19:51. This was another spot where night caching in the rain was a bad plan. Took it very easy on getting to cache with the combination of long grass / uncertain ground / slippery rocks / blackberry bushes making the going pretty rough. That rarely stops a dedicated cacher and was true on this occasion too. Another very interesting spot you wouldn't otherwise know about. TNLNSL. Thanks for this last Bridge cache and the others in the series, all spots were not too hard to find (once you got there), interesting and caches were in good condition and well stocked. Smile

We wandered through the long grass to get near to this cache, making lots of noise to let the snakes know that we were coming! Found the cache easily once we arrived at the bridge.

Left safety goggles and picked up a camera bag. These bridges are so small compared to their newer counterparts nearby. TFTC Postman Pat.

Nice easy walk took a little while to find as it was cloudy and wet. The vines sure have some sharp spikes on them. Took mr wombat and left a small skate board.
Thanks.

I did not even know that this bridge existed but thanks to the Bridge Series of caches I do now. An easy walk to an easy find. I enjoyed learing a bit more about the local area whilst completeing the Bridge Series. Thanks Postman Pat.
