Description
My boomerang wants to return home
The point of origin for this “boomerang” is S33 23.056 E151 20.827 near Gosford NSW Australia. It has landed initially at “The Old Brush” Event where I hope to enlist some fellow cachers in distributing a number of Boomerangs across Aus and possibly NZ.
Now it’s not a race. It is up to the initial finder to determine where and when they will deposit the boomerang – they may be going on holidays or a business trip in the next few months – a placement by the end of 2007 would be desired.
The idea is to try and get this Boomerang to a distant location and to track its movement home. Once the boomerang reaches the full extent of its range (amplitude?) as nominated by the initial holder - it should return home.
It is fine if the return trip is somewhat circuitous…
PS Please note that the didgeridoo pen is part of the cache, not a swap – unless of course you swap it for a similar indigenous style writing implement.
Logs
OK, this cache is being archived.
homedg seems to have it in his hands, but not out in the field, so we'll call this one missing and archive it to stop showing up in the cache listings.
If homedg places the cache, contact the cache owner and they can reactivate the listing by placing an "unarchive" log against it.
Why leave it active when it's not there?
Maybe someone needs to give him a poke
ie. I don't want people searching for a cache in transit.
Also, where exactly is home?
Great concept, I'll place it soon and try to work out the protocol.
Happy caching

The kids think it is cool that we get to put it in a new home. We are now discussing a new home.
Place it soon so stay tunned.
