Description
You may need to persevere with this one !
This is not a drive-by 1 minute cache. There are a couple of steps you need to take before you can get your name on the log.
I wanted to put out a Large / King-Sized Cache, and this is the result. Answer some questions, head to GZ, find the log, and sign it - sounds simple.
When you do get to GZ, I'm sure you know what to do, its a fairly common type of hide :-)
Please re-cover well to prevent muggles from discovering this King-Sized Cache !
BYO Pen - and Enjoy !
The Cache can be found at South 35 1A.BCD East 149 0E.FGH, where:
A = King Henry the A was Victor of the Battle of Agincourt;
B = King Edward the B was King from 1547 until 1553;
C = King William the C died after being struck by an arrow at a spot now marked with The Rufus Stone;
D = King Richard the D "The Lionheart";
E = King James the E was the younger brother of King Charles the 2nd;
F = King Edward the F had to wait for his long-lived mother to pass away to get the throne in 1901;
G = King Edward the G was the Hammer of the Scots, and nothing like shown in "Braveheart"; and
H = King George the H as Duke of York opened the First Australian Parliament in 1901.

Thanks

I had solved this a while ago (with no help mind you !) and today seemed like a good time to walk in for the grab. Signing the log took one or two or actually 25 attempts ! Lol.
TFTC.
Perseverance did pay off and after signing the log, I replaced "it" in a more secure spot with a bit of natural camo to cover it.
Thanks Fitzy for the cache and the fun.
Solved this when it came out, but as SDL had beaten me to the punch (damn work!) - I am not a FTF! (damn) (though I have left nice hellos on some of the other new caches around town for him ;])
I've found a number of Fitzys' caches today, this was actually the first
My morning Cyclocross ride took me through Belconnen - and via GZ (or close to) As I approached GZ, I thought "hang on, there's a new cache", so I stopped after climbing one of the pinches and sought out this cache
Arrived at GZ for a relatively easy find - until I found the the cache.. "ah fffff" I muttered. Fortunately I got half a dozen in and the log was there!
As I don't have a pen on me, signing was hard, but I took a photo (and with CO's blessing) to claim that I found this cache
TFTC Fitzy!
Interesting that the topic of this cache is English History.....always been interested in the topic.
Had fun searching the answers, with all but one being found after a brief read....and that one was found after a little more research and reading, but eventually it was and all was good. Gave the checker the once over and received the thumbs up. Headed out today and after a short walk soon arrived at GZ and found the king size cache without issue. Sat and enjoyed the views while grabbing and signing the log before packing the cache up and returning it to its hiding spot.
Thanks fitzy Neat cache that I enjoyed researching....and learning something at the same time. lbh onfgneq.
