I really enjoy this type of puzzle but it sometimes takes a while to know that's what I'm dealing with. Fortunately I was getting some practice with the Nanango puzzles.
I'm not a regular GPS user so yes, I may forget to switch it off and it's on it's last the next day... like today. So the GPS went flat at the last cache but I figured I had a good chance of finding this cache without it. And I think I would have eventually but MrG arrived with the GPS that must have been having a swan song surge and found it first. Not that I care who finds it, as long as someone does. TFTC tadpole3.

2nd day of a 5 day trip around south-east Queensland with LuckyL10n and today we were in Nanango to grab a few more of the local offerings. All up my 3rd trip to this area, but there are few cachers to grab. We encountered wild weather in Brisbane yesterday, however today started with very little rain and no wind...thankfully.
Arrived at GZ for this one and the search was on. Took a few minutes to make the find however all was good and the cache was soon in hand. Log was signed, cache replaced and we were off to the next one.
Thanks again Tadpole3, cache all good.

#GA3489 - 08:30; Day 2 of the South East Queensland tour with Sol de lune. Made it to Nanango late yesterday after getting belted by a storm later in the afternoon/early evening. Much to our relief the heavy rain seems to be moving on and it is only overcast and occasional light drizzle this morning. Spending today caching around Nanango and Kingaroy and hoping to clear a swag of GCA puzzles from the 'solved but unfound' list we have been compiling for the past couple of years. We were now underway and enjoying a variety of cache types and hides, some taking longer than other to make the find amongst the long grasses and having to make the right choice from the variety of possibilities available. Apologies for the generic logs. TFTC tadpole3

Another one by this CO for me to find. Many thanks for hiding these in my area so that I can find some GCA hides without the 2.5 hour drive to my next closest log of GCA hides. Parked safe off road and walked through the long grass and the uneven surface. TFTC tadpole3
