Description
In the series of Trains In The Shire: Sutherland.
Sutherland station opened on 26 December 1885 as the interim terminus of the Illawarra line when it was extended from Hurstville. The station opened for general rail traffic on 1 March 1886. It consisted of a brick station facing both the road and railway, a goods shed, and a stationmaster's residence. On 9 March 1886, the line was extended to Waterfall.
On 16 December 1939, Sutherland became a junction station with the opening of the Cronulla line. Although the electric wires continued south to Loftus and Royal National Park, until this was extended to Waterfall in 1980, Sutherland was the transfer station for services to Wollongong.

Logs
Well this has been a long time coming but today I got you. A very hurried find and return as a horde of school kids descended on the area as soon as I put my hand on it! I think nobody saw what I was doing!
Thanks for the cache.

I have a reason to start doing some local GA caches.
Given that my GC goal is to lift the D/T rating to 1.9/1.9 for my 8,000th find (I am on 6,400 @ 1.82/1.79 now) and that we are doing the York Peninsular power trail in March (over 400 in a day mostly 1.5/1.5 and nearly 1,000 all up), I am trying to avoid doing any GC caches under a 3/3.
With this handicap and the Journey or Destination game drawing to a close, it is time to spread my wings and keep caching by doing GA caches and at the same time try to get myself into a position where I will win a PathTag.
Thanks for providing caches.
Got 30 point on my second find. Need 20 point now to be on a winner.

OCW with No_Tomorrow and the CO and after a pleasant lunch which followed a pleasant event, NT and I went for this quick find near the commuter carpark. One more set of TITS that I can tick off the list.
I thought I would give this another go after almost a year, but no luck, the only tree there is 7m off the coords beside where is the brush? Do you mean left from the footpath or left from the car park?

On a caching run with phlphotos, alnic39 and JJCC. Heading up towards TITS #6 - KEE (Kirrawee) with the crew, we stopped off at a few others in the TITS series that the others had already found. Thanks for the cache Team MavEtJu.

This was the third time I have looked for this cache, the first time I looked where I thought it would be but didn’t find it, hadn't read the hint
The second time I went, after reading the hint, I didn't locate it where I expected to find it so expanded my search and found in on the ground open and nothing in it. So put it back where I thought it should have been, it was ANZAC Day I didn’t have any paper and no where open to buy any.
Today I came prepared the cache was still where I put it so I signed my log and put the cache back where I put. Thanks for the cache Team MavEtJu
Someone has been trimming some plants around the car park and left the trimmings near GZ

Spent some time looking but nothing to be found (at least by me!).
Perhaps a cache check?
Thanks anyway.
