Description

A nice easy Multi which shouldn't take you very long.

The Container is an "Other" just for something different. So more than likely not a Mint Tin under a Rock !

At WP1 there is a sign on a tall metal pole. Using information on the sign and surrounds calculate GZ.

The cache can be found at South 35 AB.CDE East 149 FG.HJK

Where:

A = The number of horses on the sign (not the word HORSE)

B = The 5th and 6th number of the telephone number added together

C = The number of Large Water Tanks within 10m of the sign

D = The number of letters in the 2nd word on the sign

E = The 3rd number of the telephone number

F = The number of Kangaroos on the sign

G = The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th number of the telephone number added together

H = The 5th number of the telephone number

J = The number of Birds on the sign (careful !)

K = The number of Dragonflies on the sign

BYO Pen and Enjoy !

Out with the family for a bice walk on Father's Day weekend along the edge of the ACT up here. Saw this on the map on our way back to the car abd while the others jumped back into the warming car I quickly did the calculations and picked up the cache. Thanks Fitzy!

Out for a Sunday drive with Just a cacher and decided to grab a cache or two as we passed by.

A quick find here today but the log was wet and could do with replacing.

Thanks for the cache fitzy_1965.

Today I decided to tackle some of the caches that would help me fulfill my research tasks. This was one of them, and despite the "hint" I was taken in. Why would I believe you sir? Brick Wall TFTC Brick WallBrick Wall FITZY_1965 TNLN SL.

I was in the area and so did this fun Multi. With GZ calculated I arrived and ignored one thing then found the cache. Nice.

Going out to do the trail, so grabbed a few GAs beforehand. Got the information quickly then off to GZ where the cache was found.

Thanks,

On a morning caching around Gungahlin I managed to squeeze in a few GA caches as well. After having a problem down the road I tried another Fitzy multi and this one worked out well. I actually found more then expected and few others need to take note of the information provided.

Thanks

Picked up today while out grabbing caches in the area. A hot day but happy to be out walking the trails. Straight forward multi and find. Cache in good condition - but not what I was expecting Wink

Out and about with teamMerlin and phlphotos and alnic39 for a day filled of caching. Heading south to the ACT.
Nice quick find ounce at GZ. We all signed the cache and returned as found. Both the cache container and log are in good condition.

With a planned GC and GA caching run south to the ACT, set off with Splitty Miller JJCC early in the morning and catching up with phlphotos and alnic39 for a team assualt. phlphotos made the find for this one whilst the rest of search in a different spot. After signing the log we replaced as found. The cache container is in good condition with a new replacement log placed in the cache. Thanks for the cache fitzy_1965.

Came down with alnic39 for a day trip into ACT we had teamMerlin & Splitty Miller JJCC catch up with us before we entered ACT. Had a few caches targeted we got to some but missed others that we didn't get too. The main ones we got were Geocache, Canberra Nature Park, I Dunno and started to collect some of the UGC caches. It got quite warm into the early 30°& most of the caches were in Mulligans Flat area so the rock base warmed up a bit as well.

While the others were looking for something else I decided to calculate GZ for this one had a problem with one thing but found away of solving without leaving the ground. Gave me coords so went to check. Found the cache everything was wet so I left it to dry where it had been hidden . When the others came back we managed to scrounge together a new log book and plastic bag which we added to the cache container hopefully it will stay dry

Signed the new log and replaced as found. Both the cache & log are in good contition. Thanks for the multi fitzy_1965

#GA2088 - 15:15; After a morning at the movies followed by a few chores at home, I decided to give this cache a try as it was close to home. Made my way to the posted coords and did the required calculations before heading off to GZ, where I answered the question posed by the cache name in several ways which cannot be repeated in my log, when I located something which I didn't expect from this CO. I was right! I widened the search area, though not too far and my sunny disposition returned again as I located the well camouflaged cache. Log signed, I headed home content. Headed in fro this one between a couple of other finds in the area and once at GZ started the calculations. All straight forward enough and then off to GZ. Saw something that was promising, but upon a closer look, realised what this might be. Stood back and little more and soon had the cache in hand. Log was signed cache replaced and then it was back finish a few others.

Thanks fitzy...nicely played. Recommend this one for something a little different...

An easily worked out multicache and then it was a short walk to GZ, where the red herring was quickly found first, and then the real one found quickly after. TFTC fitzy_1965.

yay! 2nd time lucky. FTF to boot!

I was told I was very close after finding the red herring.

I searched and searched and avoided the (bagged) dead animal like the plague. found gz and a groan was had.

So, I found GZ. I know I was at GZ, as I found the red herring Wink

That being said.. I found something that smells worse than a red herring...
