Description
The North Shore Cycleway Bike-Cache Adventure #7
North Shore Cycleway Series #7:
Grand Finale Crossing
Please see the NSCS #1 cache page for the background to the series, route planning and general advice.
This Cache (The Final): Time for the big finish! The photo above is not GZ, but you'll probably pass this view on the way. A longer ride of just under 5km awaits you between NSCS #6 and the GZ of this cache, the Finale. Hopefully you collected all the co-ords bits from the first 6 caches which in no time should point you towards your final goal. While we might have had our taste of commuting reality along the freeway, you now get to embark on one of the world's great cycle paths, The Sydney Harbour Bridge Cycleway. Take the time to look up and enjoy as you cross it. It will spit you out on Observatory Hill where you can look all the way back to Chatswood where you started some 10km ago. Once at GZ it is not a straighforward hide and please be careful replacing the cache EXACTLY how you found it so it doesn't get muggled. Be gentle with it please and as always be aware of muggles!
I hope you enjoyed the ride! You have followed the main portion of my daily commute to and from work in Surry Hills from Chatswood. You can get back to Central by rejoining the bike path off the Bridge and using a separated cycleway all the way down Kent Street. Follow it to the train stations. Any problems shoot me an email. Cheers! Zalgariath.

And now the final, which brought me to the beautiful part of GZ where I spend a good hour trying to figure out where the container was. It was well spend time with eating my last bread roll, drinking my last water, figuring out the hiding spot, trying to resist contacting the CO for a hint (it failed, his hint was what helped me). Beautiful solution, excellent finish to the series. Thank you very much getting me through the places I've seen!!!!
