Description
A movable cache hidden during the 'Christmas in July' game.
This small Santa is sitting around waiting for Christmas to arrive. Somehow he lost an arm but he is holding a candy-cane in his remaining hand.
Hopefully he will enjoy many Christmas (in December) and perhaps Christmas in July as well.
Sign his logbook and log him as found when you find him, then log him as moved when you place him somewhere else. Dont forget to update his co-ordinates and the Hint.

After a bit of a roadtrip Armless Santa has been set free. Happy travels Santa!
After nearly two years near Port Dennison Santa had almost become a resident. I didn't know if he'd still be there but he was, along with his spidery mates. He had to be dewebbed to be allowed in the car. We've picked him up to move along. TFTM cathlud.

Good bye Santa. Travelled south. The cooler weather should suit you better. Still near the beach though.
Santa was hiding under the sand for over three years. Today I retrieved him, as I descended from the nearby trig. I've given him a wash, and left him dripping dry in my hotel room here in Broome. The photograph is the view he has been enjoying. TFTC cathlud.

I flew from Broome to Perth for a work trip which will also take me to Derby. I arrived around lunch time and eventually when my luggage arrived i headed over to grab a hire car. I then headed off to the resort and got settled in here. I decided to do some sightseeing and some caching for GA and GC caches. The closest one was a trig about 200 metres away so around the corner and parked up and trekked up the sandy hill and soon had the trig at my foot. What an outstanding view over Broome and surrounds. I trekked back down the hill and headed over to Cable Beach after stopping for a train - Camel train that is. Grabbed a few caches here then headed off out to Ganthaeume Point for some sightseeing and grabbed the LIghthouse here as well. Eventually i made it back into town all be it getting dark and grabbed the last remaining caches both GA and GC.
I dropped off armless santa with a friend enjoying the great views over Broome and surrounds.

I decided to head up to Northam to attend the WA Goes Big event and ended up spending 3 days out there doing doing lots of caching and meeting up with lots of fellow cachers. It was a great weekend and lots of fun. I was also able to grab a few GA moveables. A There were so many caches and moveables around northam but the moveables were gathered up and brought into the evening dinner. I attended the great dinner in the evening and caught up with some fellow GA cachers from over east. Was great to meet up with them again having previously met them at the Mega event at Parkeville in Victoria last november. This cache was dropped off at the event and i was able to retrieve it and help it continue on its travels around Australia. Thanks for the frog PJMPJM. It will see some great sights and attractions while on its journey around Western Australia.

Picked up along with quite a few others and they are now all on their way to Bendigo via Echuca over the next couple of days.
Having had a smooth trip on the Spirit of Tasmania, and an equally smooth trip by vehicle northwards, this moveable is now comfortably residing at Shepparton until it is collected to continue its journey
So we meet again!
We collected this one last night in Devonport, after a lovely farewell dinner with 2y’stassies
Today he is waiting to board the Spirit of Tasmania to start a new adventure on the mainland
Thanks for the opportunity of moving him
And hopefully another footstep towards my destination
Currently in transit

The latest Geocaching Australia game runs from 01-Dec-2018 00:00:00 to 31-Jan-2019 23:59:59 AEST
For each qualifying geocache that you hide or find during the game period you will be offered the opportunity to click on a ground tile and reveal what lies beneath.
A moving cache, by nature, may have been moved since you last determined its location. It may have been picked up but not yet rehidden so it's considered 'in-transit'. There is no foolproof method of determining where a cache is simply by the log types that have been placed against the cache.

After a failed mission to join the crew doing the ‘BLACK OPs - Carpe Noctem’ (GC32WN6) cache this weekend due to being unable to get time off work (on Friday and Saturday) and other commitments arising, I did however sweet talk my way into having Sunday off. This then lead me to take a look around and see what was available within my free day to make it a day out. After taking a look around the GC and GCA caches, I found 2 events on the same day close to each other and I decided on attending them both. After this I took a look at what caches I could find along the way and made my trail to make it an enjoyable day out. Something I didn’t expect was, a FTF which was on cache GA13305. This added to the fun. I would like to thank all the CO’s of the caches I found and for the fun and enjoyment I had while finding them.
Today’s Totals: 44 Finds
2 Events
9 GC (GroundSpeak)
33 GCA

I spent the morning in the company of some incedible cachers from Canberra and Temora at an Event organised by Sol de Lune to enlighten us on the new GCA Game. I for one understand the game better now so thanks to SDL and Black Bunny for enlightening us. The weather was hot and sunny so at times chairs were moved around to stay in the shade. Masses of Movables appeared and were eagerly found but not moved by all present.

Headed down to Melbourne for the 'Meet the Moveables' event at Brimbank Park. Lots of moveables in attendance and this was one of them. Managed to sign a lot of logs, along with all the other cachers doing the same thing. A few laughs and a good time was had by all.
A good day to be out and a great event. Also great to see so any older moveables. Thanks for this one, which is now with me in Canberra and will be moved on shortly.

Sorry cathlud. Doesn't look good.

Periodically the Geocaching Australia review team checks moveable caches that haven’t been found or moved in over 90 days.
This moveable fits that brief, however reading previous logs it seems to still be at the posted co-ords and is just sitting there waiting for the next finder to give it a go.
So, if you’re in area why not stop by and help it on its way.

We packed up the Christmas decorations today and that reminded me to go rehide Armless Santa. I was in the area for a new cache and found a nice spot. Hopefully he'll move on soon.

Out to start his adventures again. Looking forward to a busy month collecting points for Victoria.
I found this Santa sitting under my auntie 'cathlud' front steps. He is waiting for some summer games to start.
I have picked up Santa and brought him home while the workmen are doing maintenance where Santa was hiding. I will put him out again closer to Christmas and Summer.

took me a while trying not to look suspicious in the middle of traffic. good little guy.
As I'm not playing the game, I left Santa where I found him for those who follow to grab and move.
Popped out this way on a lunchtime excursion today - the first in a long, long time . Parking nearby, I mosied on over to GZ for a nice, quick find at 13:35 for an FTS ('first-to-sign' )
As I'm not part of the game, I left Santa where I found him for those who follow to grab.
