Phonetic Alphabet - Juliett
A nice simple series of caches to help boost your numbers (and mine!!). Scattered around Canberra in groups you may choose to grab them all at once - which will help you towards a number of dragonZone Trophies based on finds per day of the week/month - or maybe do them one a day which will help your dragonZone streak ! Either way have fun and BYO Pen !
The 26 code words in the NATO phonetic alphabet are assigned to the 26 letters of the English alphabet in alphabetical order so that critical combinations of letters and numbers can be pronounced and understood by those who exchange voice messages by radio or telephone regardless of language barriers or the quality of the communication channel. In other words so that messages can be understod without the similarities of the sounds in letters such as b c d e g p t v being responsible for misunderstandings.

Out with Nibletricecakes for a daily gc plus a few gcas. Looking for shots in the Battleship game and this trail of caches fits the bill perfectly. All containers were found quickly. Many spiders were disrupted. TFTC minniek.
Teamed up with GLISS! to tackle a few on this trail. I still need to find all the mines in this blasted battleship game!!
While I was out on my morning caching exercise walk, I stopped by for a few GAs as well.

Day 13 Mainland trip
Still camped on site after attending the Clear Waters Mega which was a great event. Thanks to all the organising Committee and volunteers we had a fantastic time. Today out hunting caches with Tassie Trekkers and this was one we found. TFTC

We traveled out this way today to visit an area we had been to before and loved the drive and the caches TFTC

Another great day out caching with Joolay after more points in the current game. Thanks to Minniek for the trail up Mt S 
tromlo, this being one of them and SDL for all his scattered around the area. We continued on and found a few trigs then topped the day off with a stash of movables. All logs were signed and cache returned to their hidey holes.

More straightforward finds on today's goal of achieving 200 GCA finds. My only difficulty was my fat fingers retrieving the log from these small caches. The passing traffic was also heavy, fast and close. TFTC

Dropped Wilma at school and thought I'd do some caches on the way home. One thing led to another and I was on a roll to collect the GCA caches of the Alpha/phonetic alphabet series. Very happy to have these unfound piles of caches turned into smiles. TFTC minniek.

Found on a NYE caching run around this area of town. After pulling up at the side of the road in a safe place nearby, I dashed to the GZs of these phonetic alphabet caches for a very quick and expected find - just had to dodge cars in the process! TFTC minniek!

This group of caches looked like a perfect target for a team who wanted to cache on a very wet day.
It was good to have nice wide pull off area near this cache as it was raining quite heavily and there was a reasonable amount of quite fast moving traffic.
The cache was found with no problems and was in good condition. After replacing the container we had time to notice the view from this spot. Even in the rain the view was worth a visit.

#GA2104 - 12:30; Popped out to grab this cache to fill a hole in the dZ calendar. I really am getting quite familiar with this area as a result of frequent visits in recent times, all for the same purpose. Like those which have gone before it, this one was a quick find and sign on a very fast mission for the day. TFTC minniek
