Had to go to Launceston today for a family event today so took the remaining caches that had landed on our doorstep and tried to get them all back out again
This moveable cache was one of a group in a bag that arrived on our doorstep. This will help our tally in the Blitz game we hope, moving them all out again will be a big job but all part of the fun. We'll get them out again in the next couple of days. Thanks for the cache
This morning i was handed a bag of moveables by Trimbletas, this moveable was one of many in the bag. Thanks for a great moveable.
Found close to my gate today after a couple of shady looking characters arrived. Thanks for the presents. Will move on tomorrow TFTC
Found in the hands of budgietas then moved to trimbletas.

Thanks for the moveable, it was one of the "attendees" at this evening's Moveable Madness Blitz event, an event within an event.
Found this cache at the recent movable event and took it to Ulverstone along with a bag of others.
Like most of the southern Tasmanian geocachers I spotted and logged this at the dual Farewell Tassie and Blitz Moveable Madness events.
Thanks for the movable!
Thanks for the movable!
After a day out caching with WhiteWebbs, Tassie Trekkers and Gooseandegg it was nice to attend the event and catch up with so many other GCA players, while there is found this moveable.

This moveable cache has traveled with us for long enough, time to go it's own way
We needed a find today to fill a gap on our DZ calendar. Having just arrived back in Tassie this morning we were looking for something close to home and this one was relatively close and also easy to get to. Perfect. A quick find with good coordinates, we'll move this one on as soon as possible. TFTC
Last night i swapped this moveable over while picking another up that was hiding in this place, i tried to find somewhere beginning with Q but didnt get near anywhere. TFTC
Found this one today whilst travelling through the Hillwood area. will place back out soon TFTC
I helped the CO make up this series of Moveable caches. Now I have my own GCA account I have been given permission to log them.
They have certainly traveled far and wide.

Dropped of near a main road, nothing really to do with Q as I wasn't going to Queentown, I guess I could have gone to Quamby but now just questioning my qualifications.
I got a surprise when I found this as it was with a group of other moveable caches, so I just had to grab them all, but I left another one behind.

Have had this Moveable Q in my possession for way too long and well overdue to move it along. Today found myself in familiar territory in the Trevallyn Reserve so dropped Q in a likely spot.. thanks..!!
have located a few of the Fitzy letters around the general Launceston area over recent months, this another for the collection. probably won't get them all unless they find their way down to the cooler climes of Tasmania..
a rare day off work and the others off to work and school. what to do, what to do???, I know, head into town or more specifically the fabulous moveable hiding ground of the trevallyn reserve. checked the logs to find that a number of newly arrived moveables were languishing about these parts and awaiting my attentions. an overcast day with a threat of rain, however, it held off and i managed to stay dry. located a few other moveables nearby and then walked on just a little further to note a very suspicious pile of bark beneath a larger rock. i reckon that might be where those flutterbies might be hiding. the bark removed revealed a very colourful container. within lie a multitude of colourful creatures, each carefully numbered and needing to be logged. The butterflies safely secured in the car, headed out on foot to scout out a nearby location where i intend hiding a geocaching.com traditional. Will return later in the day to install and it should appear in the next couple of days. anyway, I appear to be going on and on and on, the suspicious mind may surmise that i might be trying to boost my log word count. personally, i don't know that I would be that deliberate or devious in my logs.. never.. anyways, if you have just read this log i apologise for wasting a minute or more of your time. i wonder if i were to carry on, could i squeeze in a few more words, no.. farewell.. thanks..!! - oh alright, just a few more.. rather peaceful at home right now, apart fro the black cockatoos screeching in the distance as they pass by, letting the world know they are near.. bye.

In the dark past a life form existed that has now passed into the realm of legend. Born of an egg, with serpentine or reptilian traits, the life form existed throughout many ages in time and in the myths of many cultures across the earth. They are the dragons.
Dragons, from the Latin draconem - meaning huge serpent - are supposedly mythological representations of huge firebreathing lizards or snakes. With large batlike wings and hard, armoured hides they live in underground lairs or caves, only emerging to wreak havoc on unsuspecting rival clans.
The legends speak of capturing princesses and destroying villages, of burning forests and consuming those who did not revere them or provide them treasure. The legends tell tales of heroic hunters, dragon hunters, who sought out the dragons and engaged them in epic battle to rid the earth of the foul creatures. The legends say that all dragons are now extinct - if they ever existed at all - other than in tall stories or tales long committed to the fantasy books of old.
The myths of the dragons are further from the truths you have been told, and closer to reality than you could ever suspect.
Dragons are known to exist. They are not legend. They are real. They live in the dragonZone.
Dragons are fiercely territorial, and intensely loyal. They rule over areas of land, making life merry for those clans who control their treasures, and attacking all others who would try to gain control over their treasures. These territories are known as the dragonZones. Clans battle to control the treasures that exist in the dragonZones; for the more treasure that is controlled, the greater their control over the presiding dragon.
There are four rival clans battling for control of the dragonZones: Clan Griffin, Clan Phoenix, Clan Cerberus, and Clan Minotaur. Choose your clan wisely, for should the numbers in each clan become unbalanced, restoration of the balance may be undertaken by divine intervention.
Attacks by rival clans to control the treasure, and therefore the dragons, are frequent. Excursions into opposing clan territory happen every day, from dawn until dusk, and from sunset to sunrise, until a new clan controls enough treasure to control the dragonZone. Treasure can be created in a dragonZone and controlled by a clan, but unless the clan keep a watchful eye on the treasure and continue to control it, rival clans can take control of a single piece of treasure and move the allegiance of the dragon from one clan to another. Certain treasures can be moved from one dragonZone to another, but the cunning clan will only bring in those treasures which they control, as all allegiance to the treasure will be moved along with it. If you bring in a treasure which is controlled by another clan, you might find your dragonZone moving allegiance to a rival clan. Clans will strive to maintain or gain control of treasure that exists in a dragonZone to help sway the dragon to their own clan allegiance.
The more treasures and dragonZones controlled by your clan, the higher your prestige. Not all treasures are considered equal. The dragons are only interested in physical treasure. Virtual treasure is not considered worthy and does not contribute to dragonZone control. The exception to this are all Burke and Wills caches regardless of whether they are a physical treasure or a virtual treasure.
Helping your clan to control a dragonZone is one thing. Helping yourself to a higher rank is another.
The more you battle, the faster your dragonZone points accumulate, but the greater the struggle to achieve new ranks. Finding a treasure automatically allocates dZPoints for your clan to that treasure. The clan with the highest dZPoints allocated to a treasure will control the treasure. The clan with the greatest number of controlled treasures will control the dragonZone. Each treasure can be controlled by multiple clans, and multiple clan control for a dragonZone is also permitted. Do you and your clan want to share the glory or retain it all?
At the time you find a treasure you will also receive personal dZPoints. These can be used to boost the control value for a treasure, but you have limited opportunity to use these additional dZPoints. You are not obligated to assign your additional dZPoints immediately. Instead, you can store your additional dZPoints in your bank. Your bank is infinite and you can store your dZPoints for eternity. If you want to assign additional dZPoints to a treasure, you can only apply them to a treasure you have found within the last seven days. If you find the same treasure multiple times within a seven day period, you can only assign additional dZPoints once. You will be restricted as to the number of additional dzPoints you can assign to a treasure depending on your rank. Make wisely your decision between immediately assigning your dZPoints, or banking them for later use.
Hiding a new treasure pleases the dragon realm and the treasure will be awarded more points initially than a standard find. Your personal dZPoints for hiding a treasure will accumulate at a faster pace for each new rank you achieve. The more treasure you find and hide, the faster you will achieve new ranks. As with treasure finds, not all treasure hides are created equal. Large treasures are worth more than regular treasures, which are worth more than small, micro, or nano treasures. Difficult treasures are worth more than easy treasures. Treasures hidden in tough landscapes will be worth more than treasures you hide on the street.
When you publish some treasure after you have joined the game, each subsequent find will attract some personal dZPoints for you as a form of Karma for contributing back to the game.

Q - Queechy Hill - well this was as close as I could get without fear of school children making off with Q.
This took me some time to find as there were many possibilities and the GPS jumped around all over the place. I was a little worried about snakes and used a stick to poke around. I eventually uncovered the cache
Was taking the geopooch for a walk at the nearby dog park and figured that there were so many spots that i could leave this cache so that it remained safe till the next finder. So it is not actually a 'Q' spot but on the scrabble board Q is one of the hardest to get rid and for the sake of keeping this one moving i have put it back out.
I attended a lovely GCA event in South Australia today which was put on by Whheels.
There was a large number of moveables on the table and while some stayed and moved on with other geocachers, this one came home with me.
Ill move it along again soon when I can.

A bag of moveables mysteriously appeared on the front seat of my vehicle. This one will find a new home with a "Q" soon.
Dropped off at the Shepparton Railway Station this morning where it was collected immediately by someone more likely to be going near a street or a place beginning with Q.
Headed down to Melbourne for the Meet the Moveables event at Brimbank Park, where this moveable, along with about 120 other were found. A good turn out at the event and everyone seem to have a lot fun talking about all things caching while finding the moveables and getting a start on the Journey or Destination summer game. A good couple of hours were spent in the area before witching hour rolled around and it was time to head back up the highway towards home. T'was an uneventful trip and with the number of moveable on offer, was certainly worth the drive.

Found on the table at the Meet the Moveables event at Brimbank Park. Thinking it was the letter G I picked it up to move it to Girgarre. It wasn’t till later that I saw the print had faded on the container. Now I’ll have to have a major rethink. It might be in my possession a little longer than expected
