Description
Log only cache. Please supply your own writing implement.
This one is located very close to the Burnett Highway and this road gets very busy at different times of the day. There is no room to park on the highway. It is located North of Nanango on the western side of the highway.
Please enter the truck inspection area and drive to the end. Park safe on the edge of the bitumen. It is only a short very easy walk to GZ. This one is a simmple hide and an easy find. Be aware of the wind from the passing trucks as this is a 100kh zone.
good safe hunting.

Couldn't resist a couple of quick caches before we leave Nanango. There wasn't any gnomes but it would be a good place to put them, provided they were wee gnomes. TFTC tadpole3.

#GA3488 - 08:17; Day 2 of the South East Queensland tour with Sol de lune. Made it to Nanango late yesterday after getting belted by a storm later in the afternoon/early evening. Much to our relief the heavy rain seems to be moving on and it is only overcast and occasional light drizzle this morning. Spending today caching around Nanango and Kingaroy and hoping to clear a swag of GCA puzzles from the 'solved but unfound' list we have been compiling for the past couple of years. We were now underway and enjoying a variety of cache types and hides, some taking longer than other to make the find amongst the long grasses and having to make the right choice from the variety of possibilities available. Apologies for the generic logs. TFTC tadpole3

2nd day of a 5 day trip around south-east Queensland with LuckyL10n and today we were in Nanango to grab a few more of the local offerings. All up my 3rd trip to this area, but there are few cachers to grab. We encountered wild weather in Brisbane yesterday, however today started with very little rain and no wind...thankfully.
Another on where you could almost reached out the car window to make the grab, but of course decided not. After walking around the car, soon had the cache in hand. Log was signed, cache replaced and we then off to the other end for another one.
Thanks again Tadpole3, cache all good.

An FTF on this cache find. We are enjoying finding these GA caches. No gnomes here or anyone else for that matter. Log signed and replaced as found. TFTC

Not claiming as a FTF as I was assisting geo grandson to make these hides. He is getting good at choosing locations and in preparing the containers for hides.
He is not into GCA much but does when he visits to help his grand dad out.
