Description

A simple single step multi North of nanango just just off the Old Highway.

The cache is not at the posted co ordinates. This cache has been placed for the Summer game 2017/2018. Log only cache. Please bring your own writing implement.

There is plenty of safe parking here but be aware that this is the Old Burnett Highway alignment and is used as a rest stop for cars and trucks alike. At the posted Co Ordinates you will find a post with an attachment and a sticker on same. The number on the sticker is what you seek. Reading the number from left to right and each number in turn I refer to first digit, second digit, third digit and so forth.

Now for the math. To the posted Co Ordinates for South ADD the 6th ( SIXTH DIGIT) digit. For EAST, Add the first and sixth and ninth Digits ( 1st + 6th +9th) and SUBTRACT the answer from the East Co Ordinate.

So to clarify you are ADDING to S -- --.795 and SUBTRACTING from E --- --.517

#GA3513 - 12:30; Day 2 of the South East Queensland tour with Sol de lune. Made it to Nanango late yesterday after getting belted by a storm later in the afternoon/early evening. Much to our relief the heavy rain seems to be moving on and it is only overcast and occasional light drizzle this morning. Spending today caching around Nanango and Kingaroy and hoping to clear a swag of GCA puzzles from the 'solved but unfound' list we have been compiling for the past couple of years. We were now underway and enjoying a variety of cache types and hides, some taking longer than other to make the find amongst the long grasses and having to make the right choice from the variety of possibilities available. This cache is definitely honestly named as we didn't have to venture far once we found the information we needed and did our calculations Dancing

2nd day of a 5 day trip around south-east Queensland with LuckyL10n and today we were in Nanango to grab a few more of the local offerings. All up my 3rd trip to this area, but there are few cachers to grab. We encountered wild weather in Brisbane yesterday, however today started with very little rain and no wind...thankfully.

Great to find a multi in among all he puzzles. Did the required maths without issue and then headed of for the find. Ni problems and the cache was soon in hand.
