Log only cache. Please bring your own pen or pencil.
Placed for the summer game of 2017/2018. Good safe off road parking close to GZ. It is only a short walk from the road alignment through good gentle light scrub. Please be aware of the type of country you are walkin g through and look out for any natural inhabitinants of this area. The area north of Nanango has a lot of previous GCA hides and also hides for this time as well.

Logs
2nd day of a 5 day trip around south-east Queensland with LuckyL10n and today we were in Nanango to grab a few more of the local offerings. All up my 3rd trip to this area, but there are few cachers to grab. We encountered wild weather in Brisbane yesterday, however today started with very little rain and no wind...thankfully.
As for the find, we pulled up close to GZ and once we started the search it wasn't long and the cache was in hand. Log was signed, cache replaced and we were then off to the next one.
Thanks for the cache Tadpole3. Cache all good.

#GA3517 - 13:03; Day 2 of the South East Queensland tour with Sol de lune. Made it to Nanango late yesterday after getting belted by a storm later in the afternoon/early evening. Much to our relief the heavy rain seems to be moving on and it is only overcast and occasional light drizzle this morning. Spending today caching around Nanango and Kingaroy and hoping to clear a swag of GCA puzzles from the 'solved but unfound' list we have been compiling for the past couple of years. We were now underway and enjoying a variety of cache types and hides, some taking longer than other to make the find amongst the long grasses and having to make the right choice from the variety of possibilities available. Also enjoyed solving the puzzles, even though there was plenty of head scratching and later on forehead slapping along the way! Nice to see another cache which lives up to its name. Apologies for the generic logs. TFTC tadpole3

We parked the geotug close to ground zero. Once the log was signed and cache replaced as found we were on our way to the next cache. Thanks Tadpole3. FTF TFTC
Not claiming as a FTF as I was assisting geo grandson to make these hides. He is getting good at choosing locations and in preparing the containers for hides.
He is not into GCA much but does when he visits to help his grand dad out
