Description
A huge dragon and a tiny cache
Ever since I saw an article about this dragon, in the Shepparton News, on 24th of October, I've wanted to put a cache here.
This article will explain how it came into being. Safe parking available. Please return it exactly as found. BYO pen
THE CACHE IS NOT ON THE DRAGON. DO NOT CROSS THE FENCE

Stopped by to admire the dragon and look for this cache. The tiny cache container was found reasonably quickly. All was good.
Thanks for the cache Cybergran V. It was good to be with the CO who was able to tell us about the history of this construction. We'd love to see this at night when its all lit up.

A quick find and a quick hello to Hamish. He must look lovely at night. TFTC CybergranV.
On the way to the Mega at St Arnaud and stopped off for this one. As we were looking the Hamish's owner drove by and stopped for a chat. Heard about how it all came back and the interest it had gathered. All very interesting.
Thanks for showing us a local focal point Cybergran.....

#GA3904 - 13:50; Day one of the St Arnaud Mega trek with Sol de lune and after heading off along the highway early, we had now reached Shepparton. After mixed success for the visit so far, we headed for this cache as we left town. Sdl spotted the cache and just after it was retrieved, the dragon's owner stopped by for a chat. He explained how the 'sculpture' had been crafted from bits and pieces collected from around the farm and how pleased the family was with the interest it seemed to generate. Once he was on his way again, the log was signed and cache replaced. TFTC Cybergran V

A quick find once we reached GZ. The nearby dragon is very impressive. Played tourist and took several photos while mr sharnie's tribe signed the logbook and replaced the cache container. TFTC
We enjoyed hunting for this tiny cache. Good spot with the dragon.

The cache is NOT on the dragon.
It is where it should be, and has been checked to ensure it is correctly hidden.
Do not enter private property or you will get bindii and upset orb spiders.
Admire the dragon from the roadside of the fence.

Was not game to keep searching for this one - the dragon is actually covered with big golden orb weavers right now. Watch out for the grass by the way hunters. There are a load of killer bindiis here with seriously long thorns - managed to get right through the soles of my shoes!
Found on my way to work. Just about to sign log when a police patrol car pulls up. Pretending to be admiring the sculpture here I was asked if I had plans to "build one". I said "Fair effort hey."
"Farmers got too much time on his hands."
I wished them a happy new year as they drove off leaving me to sign and return the log before posting this.

Replaced missing log.
Congratulations to Boot65 on First to Find, your name is now in pride of place on the log

I was a little surprised to see this one unfound during my travels, so "go to " entered into the GPSr. Upon my arrival, I spent quite a few minutes checking out the dragan and looking for the sneaky little container. Eventually it was spotted, but alas, no log. So after fabricating one, I left my mark and hopefully qualified for the *FTF*.
Thanks Cybergran V for bringing me here and a great little cache.
