CHAPTER ONE
The famous five hid silently amongst their foe, protecting the precious secret of their hidden bounty. Enjoyed the colouring exercise. A number of trees around GZ have fallen making access a bit of a challenge. A few scratches earned in signing the log. Thanks for a fun puzzle and hide I could run to.

Final one for the day after a bit of walking for others, parked at the end of the street and looked upwards. Hopefully it isn't right up there and it wasn't. Made my way partly up and spotted the likely hide from a few meters away. Quick find, and after 9 for the day in the heat decided to call it quits and head to the pub for a cold one. Thanks Baktrak.
Second large puzzle for points grab after a morning working through most of those in the area I had yet to crack and secure. I little bit of tricky terrain on the way but not too far from the car so easy enough on a rather warm afternoon. Many fluffy tailed cache guardians scattered as I made my way along the flat part of the terrain. I must have picked up their scent and perhaps this could explain the unfortuante end to my adventures a little later in the day! You'll have to find my other logs to get that tail

After the small tweak to the hint, the solution was in hand and I was able to find what Timmy hid (on this insanely hot afternoon). So many options of claiming this scavenge. Hope I pick wisely but nice to finally be on the board.

I think I obtained a little more information from the CO than he intended last night who may have had a little bit of Christmas cheer:)
Out again this morning for some more Baktraking adventure all in the name of the 2017 Scavenger hunt.
The terrain is certainly a little challenging and it took a little while to zero in on GZ given the fragmented cliff line.
