I'd had the coords for years but never got down this road. Today I walked part of the PTC and stopped to find this but the area had become a dumping ground for rubble and vegetation and mud. You can see the bulldozer marks. The plants described are a terrible mess of packed mud and debris. I gave up. It's really not a nice place any more.

Thanks for another puzzle, cache. Log was a bit damp, but didn't stop us signing.

I solved this puzzle a few days ago, today we took the opportunity to go grab a few SOTN caches in the area. On arrival at the GZ a quick scout about and the cache was soon in hand. Signed the log and placed the cache back into its hiding place and off to find the next one. TFTC I’m really enjoying completing the SOTN series. Very Happy

Perfect weather and perfect opportunity to get the kids out of the house for a couple of hours. We turned this into a numbers race. It was Team Kyi vs Team Ash. SO the race begins. Dancing

This was found by Team Kyi.

Thanks for this series 2y's we are enjoying the series. ClappingClan Cerberus

This one was supposed to be the third one tackled today but ended up being the last found.
Mr Beetle's calculations had us at the golf course. I crossed the creek and the GPS had GZ in the middle of a fairway. There was nothing in the nearby vicinity that matched the clue so it didn't take a genius to figure out he stuffed this one up.
Later in the afternoon he solved it successfully while I took the dogs in to the Penguin off leash area for a run. Great little area and they had fun playing with another dog that was there but the fences were very low compared to the other dog parks around. I'm sure they could have jumped out quite easily!!!
Thanks. Guess we could have dialled a friend to get the right answer for this one [if we had any!!!!!- haha!!]

TFTC.
Took the longer way to walk to this cache, and then it took me quite a while to actually find cache.
Found this cache on a 2 day trip to the NW, covering over 1000 kms and finding around 100 caches of both GCA and GC

Out finding caches that have been on the solved "to do" list and finally turning them into a smiley while on a big caching trip to the North West. This took longer to find than it should have but found it in the end. I think the reeds have grown! TFTP

Now heading along here and this was the first stop. Very wet under foot so was happy when the cache was found. Log signed and then back up to the car.

Thanks for this little run of caches....

This cache was well hidden but heard a familiar sound when poking my boot around. This cache had a little water too...but soon dried out...with contents all in top condition.
Many thanks 2y'stassies for another top cache...cheers ST.

We were out here to grab the pod cache but couldn't drive past this. We had to stop and find it quickly.

For us, today was all about the two (originally 5/5) events on the coast, that was the reason for our trip up. While we were up there we planned to find a few other caches to top up our meagre contribution to the States of the Nation Game. We managed a handful on the coast and one or two more on the Highlands Lakes Road, finding all but one (I need to check my cords on that one).
My apologies for the copy and paste log but if I have any hope of finishing and claiming some scavenges, it’s my only hope.
We found all containers in good condition and really enjoyed our time at the events this morning and our various finds during the rest of the day.
Thanks to the various cache owners of our finds today (mainly Tassie Trekkers and 2y’stassies).

After another day at work it was time to get down to the real business of caching. Had solved some more puzzles after last night's expedition so we set off with a target list. We searched for and found six caches, all FTF's. Dancing This one was the first one on our list and a quick find. Lucky it was first because a bit later, driving by, there were three vehicles parked right there. That would have made our search a bit more difficult! TFTC and the puzzles
