Description
A puzzle cache for you to solve - the cache will not be found at the posted coordinates
The State of the Nation game is in full swing and Canberra cachers are out to proove they're the best in the country.
However, the other States are fighting back hard and there is a lot of strategic discussions happening all over Australia.
See if you can work out the coded text below to find this cache with high points to move your State closer to victory.
The cache will remain in place after the game and I hope cachers will have fun solving the puzzle and finding the container.

One of my favourite puzzle types. Always enjoy deciphering this code. Couple in Nanango in Qld that take up 3 pages of text, so a lot of symbols...
This one took a couple of minutes and the co-ords were in hand, but only managed to get out to GZ today to make the find. Took the direct approach from a convenient car parking spot, although it did mean a little up and down to do so. Interesting container, with the log obviously been re-used from a previous life. Found the next blank page in the book and soon had it signed.
Thanks KK....a fun little puzzle...and FTF to boot.
